Great private one bedroom lower floor suite which qualifies under new regulations. Parksville/Qualicum, have the best beaches on Vancouver Island. This suite has large windows that look out at a field, rabbits, deer, and mountains. Beautiful 2.5 acre property with walking trails near by. Englishman river and Rathtreavor beach are a 5 min drive away. Great kayaking and scuba diving. Central island location, see Tofino one day and Victoria another. EV charger available for additional charge. The location is in south Nanaimo. We are a 10 minute drive from downtown and the Airport, Duke Point and VIU. Departure Bay is about 15 minutes away. Nanaimo River Park is a short drive away. Cedar is 10 minutes away. There is transit near by with a walk from the bus stop.
