"PRIVATE ENTRY GUEST ROOM NEXT DOOR TO THE BEST TRAILS AND BEACHES NANAIMO HAS TO OFFER! We are located in a nice, friendly neighbourhood, and are happy to offer a safe and comfortable space for you to enjoy a little piece of paradise. Your room has a covered entry and is accessed by 4 outside steps. You will have your own private washroom with a tub and shower, outdoor seating space, and free parking. Owners live upstairs. Washer/dryer available for longer stays. No pets.

Old City Quarter Miners Cottage

Private small one bedroom miners cottage in quite downtown neighborhood. Close to many amenities, VIU & hospital. Easy walk to the seawall, shopping and many restaurants. The cottage is set in a lovely garden with seating under the gazeboor under the grape arbor. Both hosts John and Marc are artists and have a small show room on the property that we a happy to open if our guests have a desire to see more of our art. Sorry we are unable to accept same day guests.

This is a peaceful space to call your own while staying in the Harbour City. We are 5 minutes from the Departure Bay ferry terminal, one block from the Nanaimo Hospital and a short drive to downtown. The suite was designed to create a peaceful, bright and open setting where you can enjoy our backyard & the the koi pond while being separate for your own privacy. We offer on site parking, wifi, cable, and a small coffee/tea & snack package to enjoy during your stay.
