ที่พักกว้างขวาง ทำอาหารได้ (แต่ไฟไม่แรง 😁) ทุกคนชอบ แต่ทางเดินไปชายหาด อาจจะไม่ค่อยสะดวก แต่ไปได้ ชายหาดเปนโคลน อาจจะพายูเข้า โดยรวมเหมาะกับคนรอบครัวใหญ่มารวมตัวสังสรรค์ ไม่เน้นวิวทะเล

Staying here was just perfect! The host was great and staying in touch and the villa was perfect - it was everything in the description. Cleaners came everyday to clean and replenish stocks of coffee and water which was wonderful. Private and in a quiet, well kept road, it is a perfect place to relax. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, which has some local restaurants and bars on it, whilst if you want more choice, it's a short taxi ride to Pattaya. Would recommend it highly.

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

Zentral gelegen und mit dem Bike in ca 10 Minuten am Strand und mitten im Zentrum wo es unzählige Restaurants und Bars gibt.

5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Excellent stay. As usual, the host was very responsive to any questions I had and the location of this condo is unmatched. It's within walking distance of countless restaurants, malls, bars, stores, and right off the beach. The condo also has plenty of space with a smart tv, kitchen, and washer if you need it. I enjoyed my stay very much and plan to book this condo again in the future.

The location is super private. There are couple of same style house that connected via the backyard. There are 4 bedrooms on 3rd and 4th floor. All have bathroom in it except the room on third floor with sea view. And still there are 2 toilet on 1st and 2nd floor. Kitchen, dining area, living room and dining area outside are perfect! We loved it.

Really nice place and great location. Everything was easy and great value. We would stay again for sure.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.

Amazing Villa. Pictures don’t do the place justice. Very smart and clean interior. Great space in living room. Bedrooms were all great sizes with in suite. Very clean and well maintained place. All furniture spotless and new. Great communication with grace, very friendly and welcoming. Location was amazing as was with my mother lots of things close by which could walk to, food, markets restaurants literally everything you could need. Cannot recommend this villa enough. Stayed in Pattaya 5 months and by the best accommodation I had during my staff. Will be returning in October. Thanks grace

Mein zweites Mal bei Bua, nur diesmal in einem anderen Airbnb. Es gab wieder nichts zu bemängeln. Das Condo liegt im Zentrum und es ist alles was das Herz begehrt fußläufig in Reichweite. Bua reagiert sehr schnell auf Fragen. Sämtliche Abläufe waren makellos. Danke Bua und hoffentlich bis bald !

Thank you so much for your beautiful condo, I can say this is one of the best Apartment in Pattaya with a beautiful view looking through mountains and the beach. The house is very very clean and they have all the utilities in the kitchen since i have to cook breakfast every morning for my son. The host is very responsive and fast response. My son had an accident and went to emergency hospital for stitches and the host really cared about my son's situation. The host asked me how my son doing 2 days in a row. Thank you so much for your kindness and the hospital recommendations. This apartment is very recommended for you guys to stay, especially it fits perfectly if you bring your children with you. Thank you so much once again for your hospitality. I hope we will come again soon and stay in this apartment ☺️

ที่พักสวยมาก เหมือนในรูป ทางเข้าค่อนข้างลึกลับนิดหน่อย แต่คุ้มค่าจริงๆค่ะ วิวสวยมากๆ เหมือนในรูปเลย ไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ เพื่อนๆชอบกันทุกคน ในห้องนอนสามารถนอนได้ถึง3คน/ห้อง ห้องทำกิจกรรมโอเคเลยค่ะ อยู่กัน6คนกำลังพอดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมีพร้อมมาก ที่ทำป๊อปคอร์นน่ารักมากจริงๆ ห้องพักสะอาดหมดจด ห้องหอมมากๆ สระว่ายน้ำสวยสะอาดน่าเล่น ทางที่พักได้เตรียมน้ำแข็ง ถ่านสำหรับปิ้งย่างให้ด้วย ขอบคุณ Mr.Douglas สำหรับการดูแลที่ดีมากๆค่ะ

וואנה היתה מדהימה, תמיד היה מענה ועזרה לנו בכל דבר הדירה מהממת מול הים שקטה עם מרפסת כיפית והחדרים היו נקיים הכל היה כמו בתמונות תמורה מעולה למחיר בטוח אחזור❤️

This apartment offered a luxurious experience with its high-quality furnishings. The building's four swimming pools provided ample opportunities for relaxation and recreation. Waking up to the stunning sea view each morning was a true highlight. The overall atmosphere was one of comfort and tranquility. This is a place I could return in low season to without hesitation.
