It is located within the wine estate, in the village of Verdigny at the foot of Sancerre; 5 min drive from Saint-Satur, a small village that has all the shops and its leisure area (banks of the Loire, tennis, canoeing, Loire by bike...). The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
