Come stay in our new lovely above ground basement suite. We live above with our 3 young kids and noise should be expected between 8am-11pm. This probably isn't for you if you're looking for a serene, romantic getaway. It's comfortable, A/C, has a fabulous view, is centrally located for island adventures. Nestled in gorgeous hillside, space for outdoor gear, kitchen with induction cooktop, private laundry, Wifi etc. Adjacent to another AirBNB suite and not suitable for kids. Hope to see you soon!

Our home is at the back of the 5 acres so we are available if you have any questions. Please note the added fees - AirBnb charges a service charge and occupancy tax but as a courtesy, we do not add cleaning fees. Self check in with designated parking spot for you. We are hosts on site if you need anything. We are located between Nanaimo and Parksville, 15 min. either way.

Great private one bedroom lower floor suite which qualifies under new regulations. Parksville/Qualicum, have the best beaches on Vancouver Island. This suite has large windows that look out at a field, rabbits, deer, and mountains. Beautiful 2.5 acre property with walking trails near by. Englishman river and Rathtreavor beach are a 5 min drive away. Great kayaking and scuba diving. Central island location, see Tofino one day and Victoria another. EV charger with adaptor for all vehicles.

Tanya was an amazing host! I loved the spot. Absolutely perfect location and the unit was beautiful. I ended up having to leave early, and she issued a refund for unused days when she didn’t have to. 10/10 recommend and will be staying there again.

had a wonderful 2 night stay at Matt's place. I have stayed at Pacific Shores several times, Matt's unit was very cute, nicely decorated and the main bedroom the bed was extremely comfy. the views were beautiful and pacific shores restaurant, grounds and hot tub were awesome. Matt's unit was excellent value and I will ddefinitely book again. thanks Matt!

We had a wonderful stay at Scott’s place in Nanoose Bay. The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and more, and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels, which was a nice touch. The location is fantastic—peaceful, private, and the view is absolutely stunning. Waking up to that scenery every morning was a highlight of the trip. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making the space welcoming and well-equipped. There are 2 powder rooms and 1 full bathroom. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the comforts of home and an unbeatable view!

A fantastic place—even better than the photos. Bright, comfortably outfitted, with handy instructions posted all around the place so you never have to guess about how to operate hot tub etc. Beautiful residential area that is well placed for day trips, and has lots of scenic walks right out the door. Kathy and Dave are lovely “just folks” people who are available if you have questions but are also respectful of privacy. Effective heating/cooling system and LOTS of indoor lighting. Great place all round.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! The room was very nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay for my family. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, which made our visit even more enjoyable. I have little kids, so I requested a later checkout, and the host was understanding and flexible with our needs. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend.
