Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. Ce logement plein de charme par son espace arboré et coquet avec sa piscine privée et son espace de détente . Le tout, face à la Sainte Baume . Terrasse ombragée. Parking privé.( Pas de Fête). Les sites : Plages entre 35 mn et 50 mn ( La Ciotat , Cassis …). Les gorges du Verdon , Aix en Provence ,Les Calanques . Commodités: doct,pharma,marché,bars... Chiens acceptés sous conditions. ( ne pas monter sur les lits ,ni canapé,.ne pas se baigner car la piscine est avec un liner ,donc fragile ).
