Maison située sur notre propriété de 6000m2 sur les hauteurs de Trets. Nous habitons sur place mais la terrasse et une partie du jardin sont privatives et sans vis-à-vis. Environnement très calme, au cœur de la verdure. Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. Accès à la piscine sur réservation (50€/demi-journée : 8h/12h ou 14h/18h). FÊTES STRICTEMENT INTERDITES

Ce logement plein de charme par son espace arboré et coquet avec sa piscine privée et son espace de détente . Le tout, face à la Sainte Baume . Terrasse ombragée. Parking privé.( Pas de Fête). Les sites : Plages entre 35 mn et 50 mn ( La Ciotat , Cassis …). Les gorges du Verdon , Aix en Provence ,Les Calanques . Commodités: doct,pharma,marché,bars... Chiens acceptés sous conditions. ( ne pas monter sur les lits ,ni canapé,.ne pas se baigner car la piscine est avec un liner ,donc fragile ).

Unique & enchanting cave house

More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Fitness required
