Cozy and beautiful space! The property is so pretty and well kept. I don’t feel the pictures even do it justice! Water view. Everything you could need in this guest house. Debra was great and easy to communicate with! The Wave transportation was closed in madaket during the off season (we came last weekend of September. It was open in other parts of the island) so we took cabs most places, which is pricey. Not many Ubers to be found at this part of island on off season, so cabs were our best bet! Great stay and would love to come back!

Wow, where to start. Kristin went above and beyond to accommodate us and we ended up getting married here! A wild rainstorm/ nor'easter came in so our beach elopement wedding plans had to be changed... not being from the area we had limited back-up options. Kristin kindly allowed us to do our small ceremony on the beautiful back deck. Even if all that didn't take place, her home would have a special place in our hearts because it's so tranquil and beautifully designed. Cherry on top, the bed was super comfy and kitchen well equipped! We had everything we needed for the week. Kristin's daughter gave us great recommendations too for local spots to eat. Highly recommend a stay here!

Absolutely amazing stay for a family trip this memorial day weekend! Such a great house, gorgeous decor, sparkling clean, serene view of the lake. The setup is perfect for multiple families- 2 bedrooms and full bath on top floor, two bedrooms and full bath on main floor and master bedroom and bath with comfy living room in basement. We used the grill and that was great too! Definitely will be returning in warmer months when we can use the outdoor space more! Thank you Dar!!

This was a Perfect Beach Escape – Ideal Location The location is fantastic – just a short stroll to the beach and a quick walk to town, where you’ll find everything from cozy cafes to trendy shops and local restaurants. You can go from a lazy beach day to a shopping store. The house itself is a great. It’s beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe, filled with natural light, and impeccably clean. The layout is perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for when you want to cook up a meal. The outdoor spaces are amazing too – a spacious deck with comfortable seating, a grill, and the sound of ocean waves in the background. One of the highlights is the attention to detail. The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. The next time we are up that way, I will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!!!! Bonnie

The cottage was everything we were hoping for and more. We love the “up island” experience so much. We are in full group discussion of booking it again sooner than later.

This place did not disappoint!! Beautiful location on a picture perfect pond. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing. We were only there for a weekend but I kept wishing it was for the week! The house was massive and there were plenty of beds!! Very family friendly. Games, beach gear, boats etc. all right there. If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing cape experience this is it! Fully equipped kitchen was handy for making a massive breakfast to start the day. The deck view was beautiful and the breeze was refreshing. Thank you for letting us “borrow” your home.

Perfect last minute getaway for us. The place sits on a beutiful pond loaded with bass and is in a quiet neighborhood that's great for walking. We are huge fans of Mashpee commons and South cape beaches and we were only minutes away. The house was very clean and freshly updated and we were able to check in much earlier than other rentals. The only thing missing was a well lived in "junk drawer" that had a ton of miscellaneous stuff like the phone charger block we forgot:)

Oceans 11 was top notch!! They provided everything we needed for a few days of exploring and relaxing! The sign Welcoming our family was so special. The home was so comfortable and very clean. We loved our private beach and the neighbors were so sweet and kind enough to share cucumbers and tomatoes from his garden. We visited the Zoo and The Ice cream cottage provided a yummy summer treat! We did some antiquing and visited some great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this home and would book it again!! Thanks for a memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bathrooms were pristine and the bedrooms were super comfortable. Tam was always very responsive to questions and provided useful details that helped make our trip fun. We would happily stay at the house again, and we plan to!

This location was excellent and the house was as described and shown in photos. A perfect place for some friends and family to have a relaxing stay.

We had a great time on the Cape staying at Gin’s place. She is a wonderful host who takes great care of her home. She has a huge front yard and a nice deck in the back. I loved the access to the water from her house as well as the short walk (maybe 3-5 minutes) to the neighborhood beach. The lake is really great. Her neighbors are friendly as well! Gin’s house is clean and comfortable, and I will stay here again when I am back in Mashpee.

My all-time favorite place to stay in Oak Bluffs and Adrienne is a phenomenal host. A 5 minute walk to Ocean Park and Circuit Avenue. No detail is left unattended. She is both proactive and responsive and her home is beautiful. On some days I had to balance the urge to relax in the peacefulness of her home with the urge to visit the beauty of the beach. I did both. But since the unit has a balcony, I also enjoyed the beachfront views and solitude. Adrienne has made at least two important upgrades that make her already lovely home even more attractive: 1) She added a seating nook in the living room’s bay window - two leather bar height chairs and a three-tier table overlooking the beach and Seaview Avenue; and 2) she replaced the two single beds in the first bedroom with two double beds which enables her to increase occupancy. Although I was traveling solo this visit, I do plan to visit again with friends. Book it and fall in love with it!

Luisa was very responsive to any questions we had. Her place is cute and cozy, very quiet, but everything we wanted to do was close by.

this is a great unit with lots of space for the family. so much to do on the cape and near by. but you can just park the car and just stay put with a beach and pool! everything went perfect

Heather's place is beautiful! An amazing location with close proximity to the OB steamship authority station, a number of bus lines, and the beach! The view and location are unbeatable! Heather was also super responsive in terms of coordinating flexible check-in/check-out times which was very much appreciated. Overall, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting OB :)

Rose was great She greeted us and show us around. When we had questions she responded quickly messages. Would definitely stay there again.

Patrick is a fantastic host and was very proactive and responsive when we ran into a problem outside anyone’s control. We would definitely recommend this home and host to others traveling to the area
