It consists of 2 separate buildings with 3 bedrooms, connected by a breezeway and large deck with a heated pool, hot tub and bocce. Situated on the east side of town, it is in short equal distance to Buena Vista and Gundlach Bundschu, the 2 oldest wineries in California.

A freestanding cottage surrounded by farm animals. 3 excitable farm dogs, 3 goats, two pigs, a 100 pound tortoise, geese, ducks, chickens, roosters, rabbits , quails, parakeets, cats, you name it, it lives here... Our apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you'd expect, (*No stove) creating a comfortable space for your stay. For the peace and relaxation of all guests, please note that we do not allow pets or children under 12. You can book with confidence knowing that we have a Use Permit from the City of Napa.

Downtown Napa Gem - perfect for TWO!

Located downtown Napa, a short walk (three blocks) to dozens of shops, restaurants and wine tasting. The property was originally built in 1908 and has recently been remodeled. The rental offers two comfortable bedrooms, two relaxing patios, a living room and one full bath. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, but no kitchen. Easy parking in front of the rental. We are one of the 60 hosts with a legal Napa rental permit which allows us no more than two guests.

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.
