Beachfront holiday rental in Napier

A comfy space by a beautiful beach, great to have a fenced in area for our pup. A perfect stop off on a long road trip.

Stayed 4 nights, so glad we stayed the extra night. Had all the essentials plus more. Extremely comfortable beds, spotlessly clean throughout, delicious home made bread, lovely fully fenced garden and appreciated being able to take our little dogs (they also had a great holiday). Close walk to the beach and lovely to listen to the waves at night. Very peaceful and private and fantastic hosts that go above and beyond to create a wonderful stay. Easy access to the cottage and was a bonus being able to park under the carport. We’re already looking forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Nicki’s place!! Nicki was very responsive to messages and check in was super easy with clear instructions. The house is gorgeous, beautifully styled, spacious, super comfy and had all the amenities we needed. It rained most of the time we were in Hawke’s Bay, but we enjoyed chilling out for a few days after a busy week and were able to enjoy walks along the beach (stones, so wear shoes) in snatches of clearer weather. Had a lovely time wine tasting at nearby wineries, coffee at Brown Dog Espresso was excellent and lunch at Hygge at Clifton (just up the road) also delicious. A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend.

What an amazing spot! We needed to find a place for a big family get-together, including a couple of four legged ones, and Liz's place suited our needs perfectly. House was exactly as we hoped when we arrived - clean and tidy, comfy beds, and everything we needed on hand. The view from the living area/deck is epic - practically made for an early cup of coffee or a wine in the afternoon, and all the kids made full use of having the beach and creek right there. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful both before and during our stay, which we really appreciated. Thanks Liz!

Gerry's home is really beautifully appointed. We had six family members staying over varying periods of time and the spacious feel of the home meant everyone had their own space. The lovely gas fireplace made the lounge very cosy. The lovely outside furniture was well used while watching the beautiful water view directly across the road. The house was perfectly positioned for easy walking along the waterfront to some wonderful cafes and cocktail bars. Furthermore, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious and stylish. An added bonus was the lift to take our luggage upstairs! We couldn't find any fault with our accommodation and would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely home. We have stayed in many different places over the years but this one would have to be my favourite. It was a truly memorable stay in a beautiful part of NZ. We stayed at Hieke's beautiful home for 2 nights. We found it exactly as described on the listing, and even better than expected. The bedroom was large, bright, clean and tastefully decorated. It felt like home immediately. The en-suite bathroom and thoughtful touches like a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were a bonus. Hieke was so welcoming when we arrived, showed us around and made us feel at home immediately. We were able to use the kitchen to cook, and bikes to explore Napier. The spa pool, swimming pool and communal areas in the house which guests are able to use are a bonus. Breakfast in the morning was just right and very tasty. Most of all, Hieke and Peter were so friendly, warm and interesting to talk to. We had a wonderful stay with them and would recommend their place to anybody.

Great location, straight onto the beach. Went to sleep listening to the waves. Ran 10Km in both directions on safe paths by the water. Local fish & chips too. Big comfy bed. Basic but everything I needed, loved it. Very friendly hosts.

New apartment, tastefully furnished, plenty of space.

What a gem! Fantastic host, fabulous accommodation and perfect location! walking distance to the beach and wetlands, and short distance to central Napier and the vineyards. Highly recommend!

Great place to sit and have a cup of tea and watch the sun rise. Love the privacy. Very easy to get to bars on the port. Doug had great comms and the house was well set out and contained everything you might need

We had a wonderful stay at Judy’s spacious and private accommodation. It was just a 15 minute drive into Napier which was perfect as we had a car. Very peaceful with wonderful sunrises.

We loved our stay at the little cottage! It was a perfect location to walk to local attractions with our young children. The house was quite cold when we first arrived but warmed up nicely with use of the heaters. Would definitely recommend as a great central accomodation option

An actual bed and breakfast with breakfast and coffee and everything supplied! These guys know what they're doing and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The spa on the beach under the stars is next level relaxation. Thank you team!

Hayley’s place was the perfect home away from home! The space was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being right next to the beach was such a treat. The amenities were top-notch and everything was spotless and thoughtfully set up. Hayley was a wonderful host, making sure we felt welcome and had great sets of instructions for all the equipment. Would absolutely love to stay here again – highly recommend!
