Holiday rentals with a patio in Napili Bay

This was quite nostalgic for us. We last visited over 30 years ago with our 3 daughters. We enjoyed it tremendously. We only wish we hadn't waited so long to revisit. My wife enjoyed the pool, the beaches, and the sunsets just outside the patiio.

Marie was fantastic! Her place was spotless, and I felt right at home. I’ve traveled all over and stayed in several Airbnbs, but Marie’s place has everything one could think of. Like ziplock bags and laundry baskets. It is the little things that makes this spot worth it. It was also very clean and located near some great food spots. A bonus was having a sauna to use at our disposal. I would definitely book this Airbnb again.

Absolutely breathtaking view; our favorite part was sitting out on the balcony watching the turtles swim. It was clean and the kitchen had pots, pans, and cooking utensils which made it great for making meals at home. (We stopped at Costco after we left the airport and got supplies for most of the week.) Only two things less than ideal for us were the noise from the street to the bedroom (we didn't realize there was a noise machine in the closet to use!) and the bed size (full? double?). We are used to a king and it was a bit of an adjustment.. I fell off the bed at one point while distracted and sorely miscalculated where I thought the edge should have been. Ha! Only thing bruised was my ego... and being able to watch the turtles from the balcony all week definitely made up for it. We loved our stay.

Both beds were extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been more perfect just steps away from Kam II beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Everything was perfect for our short 2 night stay and we would definitely stay here again!

I was impressed with the outside view - the view matched description perfectly. The host is very responsive. We could get the A/C to work in the living room since as there are special instructions to follow but the host took the time to respond back to us at late hour and immediately scheduled a maintenance crew to inspect the very next day. There aren’t many food options walking distance (more or less 30min), but we had a car so everything worked out great! Otherwise no problems at checking in or finding the place. Highly recommend!

Melody and Dwayne’s place was gorgeous and just as described/pictured. The views are top notch and the bed was so comfortable and everything was spotless! This place is in a great neighborhood we walked to the store and a few restaurants. The pool was always clean and the grounds are well maintained. We saw sea turtles on the beach and swimming in the water. The view of Molokai is unmatched. Book this place- you will not be disappointed.

Everything was great! We didn’t expect to have beach chairs and beach towels and even an umbrella to use which was a fantastic touch! Only downside was paying over $100 extra for parking. We had a great trip!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Mike was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty of space for two of us and the kitchen was nicely stocked with good quality knives, dishes, etc. We were able to easily prepare full meals. There are several restaurants, food trucks, a coffee shop, grocery store and yoga studio all a short walk away. We were able to find beautiful hiking in a less than 30 min drive. I was nervous about no air conditioning, but found it not to be a problem. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return if in the area again.

Fantastic place if you like being off the beaten path. It provides excellent access to necessities without the overcloud of a tourist destination. When you can go right out the front door to the beach and snorkel with sea turtles, why do you need a tour? I would highly recommend this place to folks who are looking for peace and serenity during their vacation!

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

Mike and Ashley were incredibly amazing and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. Really appreciated the special touch they left us for our anniversary and will recommend them to and friends and family that visit Maui. Their place is beautiful and it looks even better in pictures. It is perfectly homey, private, and quiet, which was very nice but also close to the beach with a three minute walk couldn’t recommend staying with Mike and Ashley more. Thanks for helping make our anniversary trip special!

Kapalua Ridge is an incredible development and Kevin’s place was absolutely stunning. The entire setup gives all the resorts in the area a run for their money. The place itself was clean, well equipped, massive and luxurious. The views of the coast and islands was beautiful and we enjoyed stunning views everyday. It’s a short walk to the beach and few steps past the nearby beach gets you to Kapalua bay which is where the restaurants are. The bathrooms were very large and luxurious - which we loved. Our host Kevin was super responsive and was very helpful with recommendations and helping us find things in the airbnb. Will come back here if in Maui - amazing place.

Great place to stay. My husband and I, my 4 young children, as well my parents stayed here for our 9 day Hawaii vacation. This place was like being at home with all the things you could need! There was snorkeling gear, beach towels, a beach wagon, fins, water shoes of various sizes, etc. in the garage. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach! Inside was comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to Kihei Village and lots of fun places around!

We loved this home. Whether it was having dinner with a Maui Sunset or enjoying the first morning cup on the front patio with the blue Pacific as a backdrop or just enjoying the home and beautifully kept landscaping, with pool, we have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. The owner was very responsive to our questions. Truly felt like we were guests not customers. I was traveling with my Niece and her teen age and adult children and we all loved it. Lots of snorkeling and beach gear. Restaurants, beaches and shopping all very convenient. Several good swimming and snorkeling beaches minutes away. From first contact through checkout, this was my best experience with Airbnb. Mahalo, Joe

We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, within walking distance to one beach and driving distance to many others. There were lots of good places to eat nearby. The space was clean, well-lit, and comfortable, and well-stocked with supplies and amenities. The hosts even provided towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and other beach toys (great for families). Jamaal and Victoria were so welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Place was exactly as described. Laurie went above and beyond to give recommendations and instructions. We loved having the kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs and cooler. Once we arrived we didn’t need a thing. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway here! The view from the condo is unreal and you are just steps from the pool or the ocean. This was our second time in Maui and we appreciated that the condo was centrally located (about 20 min to either Kihei or Lahaina). We also loved the guidebook full of recommendations — we tried many things that we wouldn’t have found ourselves (Yee’s Mangos are a must!). Tara was very responsive and friendly — we really appreciated the early check in. The condo was clean, parking was very easy, and we never had any issue with noise from the street or the neighbors. We would rush back!

Our family of four had a great stay at Ainu’s condo. The location was perfect, the condo complex was quiet, and the pool has a fantastic view. The condo had everything we needed for a week on Maui. We definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I came to stay at Dan's lovely slice of heaven on 5th floor with fantastic views of the sunsets. We came for my nephews wedding and stayed for a week. The place was homey and relaxing. Brand new carpet. We made sure to kick off our shoes and relax. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. We went snorkeling at Makena Beach, Kamaole Beach Park #1 and Ho'okipa Beach Park where we saw a bunch of turtles sunbathing on the sand. We had made a grocery stop before getting to the Airbnb to have food to cook or eat when not going out. Dan has all the pans, utensils spices etc you need to prepare. It was great to have use of the snorkel equipment, large umbrella, chairs and towels. The Kula Botanical Gardens was a great place to visit.The Kula Bistro was a great restaurant recommended to us. A famous parmesan stuffed artichoke that did not disappoint. If you are into karaoke there is a fun bar down the street called Life is a Beach. Can't wait to return! Mahalo

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect for Exploring Maui! This was our first trip to Maui, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The location was central to everything, making it so easy to get to all our planned activities and food spots. Whether heading to the Road to Hana, hanging at the beaches or having dinner, this Airbnb made it all convenient. The space itself was well-equipped, just the right size for two. While it may not be ideal for a group of 3, it had everything we needed, plus an unbeatable ocean view that made every morning feel magical. On top of all that, the host Sarah and Joe were incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. 10 stars if we could give them! We absolutely loved our week here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Maui. Mahalo!!

Annie’s corner beachfront 9th floor condo is as advertised, AMAZING! If you like access to the beach and a peaceful place to stay, you’ll love this spot!

Connie’s place was amazing. The condo is located in a convenient area close to the beach and local shops. The unit was equipped with all the beach gear you need so you don’t have to worry about renting on the island. The space was very cozy and we felt at home. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We loved the lanai and enjoyed relaxing there and taking in the lush gardens. The pools in the complex were perfect as well. We will be staying again. 🩷
