Beach condo holiday rentals in Napili-Honokowai

This place was absolutely perfect with Spectacular views just steps from the water. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai overlooking the water. You just can’t beat the tranquil view of the pacific. Our host Dee was super helpful and very responsive. The description and photos in the listing were 100% accurate. The property itself was immaculate and quiet. Location wise, you can’t beat this place. Walking distance to multiple good food places and the main highway easily accessible. Inside the unit, Everything was very clean, easily accessible with Laminated Instructions for the fans, air conditioning, coffee pot were all conveniently located. Beach chairs, towels, noodles, snorkel gear were all provided and good condition. All in all you can’t beat this place and we would 100% book here again.

Leia is a marvellous host. She’s warm and welcoming, wonderfully approachable and helpful, very responsive and did her best to help a very jet lagged and exhausted individual check in 2 hours earlier than planned. The apartment is so cheerful you can’t help but smile. It’s near a bunch of places including the most beautiful beach.

We loved our stay! This is our second time staying at Randall's. No better location or view, and the condo has everything we need. Randall is super responsive and kind. If you want amazing views which make for amazing breakfasts out on the balcony as well as sunset happy hours, this is the place for you. Truly a slice of paradise. Thank you, Randall! When searching for a nice place to stay sight unseen, especially after such a loss to the community, we were pleasantly surprised. We wanted something private yet still in the heart of the activity for our wedding and honeymoon. Maui is breathtaking, and the views from the balcony were incredible. Every day, we could see sea turtles in the water from our private beach, and we were even greeted by a few that spent the night on the beach during our stay. The space was fantastic, and the bed was really comfortable. It was also conveniently close to necessities like the ABC store and a few shopping centers. Heidi was very prompt when we reported a minor issue, and she resolved it quickly while keeping us updated throughout the process. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely be recommending this spot to all our friends and family, and we hope to visit again sometime!

Melissa's place in Kapalua delivered exactly what was promised. The location is perfect for exploring this beautiful area of Maui, and the property matched the listing description completely. Melissa was excellent to work with - she responded quickly to messages and kept communication clear throughout our stay. Kapalua is an incredible spot on the island, and this rental gave us the ideal base to enjoy everything the area offers. We'd definitely book with Melissa again.

I had an incredible time staying at this place! Barry was extremely responsive and friendly, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming from start to finish. The location is unbeatable— right in the middle of Kannapaali and sitting on the lanai with the ocean right below was just breathtaking. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The unit had every amenity we could possibly need, thoughtfully stocked and super comfortable. You can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a true home away from home. I honestly didn’t want to leave and am already looking forward to staying here again. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Lahaina to start off our trip to Maui. Lots to do in the area, place was a great landing pad, couldn’t have asked for anything more

Perfect spot for 2! The kitchen was really well stocked, much better than other AirBnBs we have stayed at. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee out on the Lanai every morning with a sliver of ocean in view. Easy to walk to everything you need - grocery store, beautiful beaches etc. Umbrella and chair rentals from the resort came in handy and best price around ($60 for 4 days). Resort staff were also friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

Over all it’s a good place to stay. It’s just we can hear the people at the connecting room.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holly’s place in Kahana! The location was great and away from some of the more touristy areas of Lahaina and Kaanapali, without being too far. It is close to the beach and some good restaurants, as well as less than 15 minutes from some of the best snorkeling on the island at Honolua Bay. As far as her place goes, Holly has thought of absolutely everything and her Airbnb is well appointed and thoughtfully decorated. We tend to cook a lot while on vacation her kitchen was a joy to use! Many other Airbnb’s we have stayed at do not contain adequate mixing/serving bowls and Tupperware, for example, but using Holly’s kitchen is like using your own and she has everything you could want or need to prepare a great meal for your family. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful condo and we look forward to coming back someday!

Our stay at the Mahana unit was absolutely incredible! The location was exactly as depicted in the pictures; it was serene, easy to locate, spotless, and had clear instructions. The room was fantastic, and the views from the lanai were simply breathtaking! We could spot the turtles right from our own lanai. It was a lovely touch to have binoculars provided!

What a great place to stay! The pool and beach were just right outside, and we loved that we could watch our big kids in the pool from our balcony! Tons of beach supplies (coolers, water shoes, life jackets, boogie boards, snorkels/fins etc) in the front closet, and a big wagon to carry it all in, which was super helpful. We appreciated the blackout curtains in both bedrooms and all the extra blankets and pillows available. The food cart village right in front of the hotel was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Karl's place! The oceanview from the unit was beautiful; we even saw a whale playing out in the distance on most days. The unit was extremely well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Karl even had beach equipment, which came in very handy for days at the beach. Although the property is a much older Outrigger property, Karl's unit was well maintained, and the front desk staff and concierge were both helpful. The exercise room and the pool weren't in the greatest condition, but again, it was a much older property and those two areas were not where we spent a lot of time. While the ocean sounds were most pleasant, the windows inside the unit are not double paned, so we could hear all of the outside noise on both sides of the unit. We liked that the unit was only about a 12 or so minute drive from Fairway Plaza, Whalers Village, and Kaanapali Beach. All in all a nice experience!

If this listing is still available and you're hesitating on booking- you are so lucky and should book it before it's gone! The ocean view alone for this unit is better than any resort on the island. We watched sunsets and whales playing in the ocean from the privacy of our lanai. The beach in front of the building is quiet and gorgeous. The amenities for the unit and building are great- washer and dryer so you can pack light, beach chairs so you don't have to rent from Snorkel Bobs, and a very well maintained, clean grill downstairs if you want to cook your own food. Our host was extra sweet and accommodated a late check out so we had a few more hours to spend in Maui on our last day. To be honest- we think staying at the Aston Mahana made our trip from great to unforgettable. There wasn't a single negative thing that happened during our stay, and will definitely be rebooking this unit when we come back to visit beautiful Maui.

Not only was the condo beautiful and comfortable, but our host Francesco was so kind and helpful. The location was gorgeous and within walking distance of everything we needed. The condo was well stocked with beach toys and gear. We didn't want for a single thing! The turtles right outside our backdoor was unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Trevor’s place. The location was great—easy to get to the pool, ocean, and back to the parking garage when needed. The pool & beach area are beautiful! Hard to leave. We hope to be back!
