Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Napili-Honokowai

The property and the room was great. We would definitely use Phil’s place again. We had a great view from the 3rd floor of the pool area and ocean view. One thing that stood out was the impeccable service, from the bell hop, valet, or calling guest services for additional supplies for the room everybody was so nice and pleasant. Yes, daily valet is free. We asked for extra paper towels, toilet paper, ice, dish soap and all was brought within minutes. The balcony/lanai was also something that stood out from other properties, it was large with chairs, lounger, and table for 4. You also get access to the Hyatt property next door, which is very nice too. You won’t find a better location, close to other great resorts, restaurants and Whalers Village. Phil was very informative and easy to communicate with, great owner. Just an FYI… guests have to pay the Maui occupancy tax, which ours was $29 a day, it’s based on room size.

The resort is older but well maintained. Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff. nice pool area, BBQ & sand bottom hot tub. we did not have a lanai but there is a group BBQ area. I enjoyed the gym and the peaceful surroundings. The beach is across the street. All in all a wonderful vacation experience.

This place is wonderful! Clean and very comfortable bed with a wonderful balcony that has a partial ocean view. The resort pool and hot tubs are fantastic and the bar and live music are fun! This is a great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this place. We saw sea turtles every single day. We will absolutely book this place for next year the view was just spectacular. the only complaint I have is the bed is really hard but that has nothing to do with the host, also the AC didn't kick that hard but we didn't mind sleeping to the sound of waves. This is an amazing place to stay! The views are incredible. It is such a wonderful resort you never need to leave it, however it is also very convenient to many other activities. The food on site was excellent and we enjoyed many sunsets while dining on the patio. We were blown away by the condo itself. It was so spacious and lovely. Barrett was an excellent host who communicated well.

We had a wonderful time with our young children and appreciate everything Robert did!

The villas are very comfortable and clean with recent upgrades. Jennifer was very helpful and responded immediately to our inquires. In addition she provided detailed check in information prior to our trip. We really enjoyed the resort and our stay in Maui.

We were very happy with our stay. The unit was as listed and we enjoyed the close proximity to Black Rock and Whalers Village. Parking was easy, safe and convenient. The kitchen was adequately stocked, however a general cleaning solution would have been helpful for countertops and stove. We were very thankful for the washer/dryer and vacuum. Beds were soft and comfortable. Porch furniture needed to be repaired or updated. Overall, this unit is very nice and good sized for our family of four.

We loved our trip to Maui and this condo was in a great location! We did get a discount for being some of the first guests at this rental unit, so the price was reasonable. The location was great, we whale watched from our balcony! We enjoyed the pool, grill, beach chairs, washer and dryer, large closet, safe, and concierge at the condos each day to help us discover what to see and do. Host was accommodating to a late check in, our plane had delays and made our arrival later than expected. Thanks!

Perfect location. Walkable to restaurants and shops at Whaler’s village but still roomy and private. Loved having access to the beach cabana and easy access to our rental car to explore.

Very spacious condo and extremely clean. Beautiful view and close to the beach and pool.

Just be aware you are not getting the room in the pictures. Other than that the area is great. The room is spacious but some are not as updated as the rest.

The place is amazing, the views are incredible. Nice unit, very roomy 2 bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room (which both my girls 7&8 loved sleeping on. The beach is a 2 minute walk, and there is several walking trails to take as well. There is a pool very close to the unit with 2 fully stocked weber grills that we took advantage of. The best part for our family was swimming with the sea turtles on the beach directly in front of the home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

Kapalua is beautiful. The condo was right on the golf course with great views to the south and the west. It was quiet and peaceful and a stone throw away from the Kapalua Town Center and restaurants. The beach was within walking distance.
