Home has 3 bedroom and 2 full baths, entire home and pool deck has travertine. Nice landscaping around the home. All bedrooms have good tv package. Furnishings are very good. Home has very comfortable feel. Large screen lanai has insulated roof, stays cool. The heated pool is large, 45 feet long, 3 sheer descending falls and has 6 led colored lights. Home is very tranquil and in a quiet area, just down the street to 5th ave shops and restaurants. New Publics food store just across street.

A renovated mid century modern house with natural peaceful views out of every window and slider. No detail spared, as it was going to be our forever home. Located on an ocean access canal, extremely safe, quaint and friendly neighborhood, just off 41. The backyard has a large shaded sitting area with a gas grill and fire pit. The dock hangs over the water with seating and swim ladder. 2 tandem kayaks, fishing rods & tackle, adult & children’s bicycles, beach chairs, and so much more.

The serene backyard features a heated in-ground pool surrounded by lush landscaping and a hot tub. A screened patio offers a dining table and lounge area with inviting cushions. The open concept kitchen and living space are visible, showcasing modern appliances and ample seating for relaxation.
