Beachfront holiday rental in Naples

We had a wonderful stay at Derek’s place. Quite frankly, it is the perfect Airbnb. It is a beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood in beautiful condition. Everything worked perfectly, and Derek was always available within information to assist us with anything we needed. I look forward to the time where I can stay here again.

My stay was excellent. The house is very well located and the price seemed totally reasonable. What really made the difference was the host's treatment: very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I felt comfortable and well received from the first moment. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet experience and being well served.

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

The attention to detail makes this place really stand out. Coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries are all there waiting for you. She even has new toothbrushes should you forget yours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There’s Pool floats, beach towels, etc. love that I didn’t have to bring the extras! she also has suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Will definitely rent this home next time I visit. Gorgeous views too!

Tracy was an excellent host. Super helpful and very responsive. House was spotless when we arrived and everything was as advertised. Location was beautiful with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby. The family loved the pool/hot tub and the gazebo on the water. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The house was immaculate. The pool area is amazing. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great places to eat. Having available pool and beach gear was great to have as well since we flew in. Our hosts were so responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again, and probably for longer next time. Thank you!

Beautiful home! It was like having our own little private resort. Our last stay on FMB was prior to hurricane Ian. It was great to see all of the rebuilding going on here and on Sanibel. Love the area!

It was a beautiful property. The view was so nice right on the beach, there were a lot of accommodations, including beach chairs and an umbrella that we did not have to pay for. I love that we had our own private parking spot right by the door. I will definitely book again. It was so peaceful and perfect. The host was very responsive.

Great accommodations , Great location , Great host. The home had everything we needed for our beach/pool get away. Pool toys/towels. Beach toys/chairs. All we had to bring was our swim suits. Delnor-Wiggins Pass beach had the most beautiful shells & Vanderbilt beach was really nice too - both just minutes from the house. Also great restaurants- Buzz’s lighthouse for outside dining with plenty of economical choices. And Gumbo Limbo for outside fine dining right on the water - again both within minutes of the house. My daughter and I also made a trip to the nearby Waterside shops , got in some retail therapy 😌. The house fit our needs perfectly; 3 spacious bedrooms, all with access to the lanai . Really appreciated that all the light/fan switches were labeled. Host has gone above and beyond to make the home comfortable.

Our stay was perfect, Eric always very helpful and responsive. The place was amazing the views, everything, the house was fully stocked, lots of towels something that is usually rare. It was perfect and we love the place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very surprised with how beautiful the house and property were. The host was very quick to respond when we arrived at the house and had a few questions. She answered immediately and we were good to go from there on out. The home was loved by my whole family and we all agreed when we come back to the area we will hopefully be able to stay at this home again.

We loved this condo! Everything was just like in the pictures, and even nicer! The place feels brand new, is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and a perfect stay for a relaxing getaway for 2 or a family of 4 with stunning views and lots of daylight. The property, pool and waterfront area is nicely updated and very well maintained by friendly staff. The host Allison was so very nice and great in communicating with us, every question and inquiry was promptly replied to, many tips and suggestions provided for our first visit to SW Florida. We were sad to leave, but will definitely be back! Marco Island itself is also a beautiful location, especially where this condo was situated in Old Marco as it was quieter with great walking/biking opportunities, yet had authentic and relaxing restaurants and stores nearby. A gem of a place, one of our best AirBnB experiences!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral! The house was absolutely spotless! You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property. Everything was exactly as pictured, if not better. The space was bright, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the peaceful neighborhood and how close it was to great restaurants and waterfront views. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

There were 8 of us for our annual family vacation. (ages from 70 to 16) This home was excellant with plenty of space for all to enjoy. This home was spacious with 5 bedrooms and bonus spaces where you could enjoy get away from the group if needed some private time. Very well decorated, comfortable furniture, tropical landscaping with great views of bay. Located on dead end street and walking distance to beach. The screened in pool/hot tub was enjoyed by all.

Gina was wonderful. She answered my questions before I even booked the place! That was wonderful. No guessing. I knew what I was getting. She was always responsive. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this unit to everyone.. So nice. So comfy. The bed was so nice. So quiet. Everything you look for in a rental. Thanks again

Hopes place was beautiful. It is brand new and in a great location. Every amenity was there and it felt like home. The only issue I had was the smoke detector battery died at 2am and that noise is loud and doesn’t stop until you fix it. Hope had it fixed the next morning. The other issue odd we rented paddle boards for the weekend thinking we could use the dock to lower them in be water but it was broke and wouldn’t be fixed at all to use. We had already paid so lost money on that. I would definitely stay here again even with the few issues we had. Hope was very responsive and we loved being on the water. Went fishing right off the dock and caught fish. Amazing place with a few hiccups.

This place really has the wow factor as soon as you walk through the door!! The home has everything you need for a great coastal vacation. The hosts dealt with a couple of issues that came up very promptly. Would definitely return.

We loved this beautiful condo! It was in a great location with easy access to the beach. The beach was very walkable & had great shelling. It was also close to the lighthouse which we walked to via the beach. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants Wickie’s & Magic Bus ice cream. The in-unit washer & dryer were also a nice amenity. When we had a question, Katlyn responded quickly. We had a wonderful week there & highly recommend it.

The house was wonderfully clean and in a very nice neighborhood. Communications from the property owner were excellent. The amenities in the house were as described. The home is nicely appointed on the inside and the outside appearance is appealing. We recommend this home and plan on booking in the future.

This was a perfect place to stay. Private with a gorgeous view, clean, and very short drive to Marco island. We loved it!

Amazing! I would give 6 stars if I could! Jonathan was so friendly and responsive to my questions and requests! He allowed us to check in even earlier than I requested. The place was so roomy and so well stocked. It had everything you could possibly need - plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, coffee, kitchen utensils, books, and games. The game room was such a fun place to hang out. Perfect if rain puts a damper on your beach day. There were helpful hints posted all around the house to make your stay easier. We felt so at home here and the name fits this place perfectly - Mi Casa Su Casa! Thank you for a great stay, we would love to come back!
