New, beautiful and tidy place, great location, I would definitely like to stay here again.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. Everything was impeccably clean, well cared for, and with modern decor that made me feel at home. The quality of the furniture, bedding, and appliances exceeded my expectations. In addition, the location was perfect, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. The host's service was also exceptional, always willing to help and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again,🙏👌

Excellent accommodation as it is in the photos, I would return without a doubt, just one recommendation, they should be more accessible at check-in time because I asked to enter an hour before and they told me that it was not possible because it was booked when in the app it was available and then it gave me the option to pay for an hour before entering, otherwise excellent

Diego is an excellent host, he was attentive the whole time. He allowed us to check in early and check out after hours. The apartment as seen in the photos, complete and clean. Close to restaurants, subway stations within walking distance. The spectacular view. There was noise due to the location but it didn't bother us and we were able to sleep well. Highly recommended.

Everything is very clean and tidy, the location is excellent, close to all of 70, the host responds almost immediately. I recommend it.

This is my second time staying in this apartment and I was not disappointed. The check in was easy and Ana responded to my concerns in a very timely manner. The apartment is conveniently located to all of the things I need: supermarket, drug store, eateries, the metro station, and a stadium where I ran every morning. The only problem I had was that the house next was under renovation, so there were lots of noise coming through the back wall. That made it difficult for me to rest during the day.

Great place! The location doesn’t have parking slot but the apartment itself is amazing!

When I look for somewhere to stay, the most important things are cleanliness, safety, and location. The apartment was clean, and had a locked door, and a guard during the day. Which prevented unauthorized entry. It was also in a nice area close to entertainment and places to eat.I would definitely stay again the next time I visit the country.

Great host and superior apartment

We love Miguel’s 7th floor apartment. Very centrally located, easy to walk to so many great restaurants, Jumbo grocery store, Metro Estadio, barbershops, pharmacies etc. etc.. The apartment is high enough that you don’t hear the morning traffic or any of the street vendors pushing their carts. Very peaceful and serene while in the apartment. We felt very safe, it is a peaceful neighborhood and we have never had any problems staying there. He is very responsive to any questions that we have and very helpful with local knowledge. We love this apartment and will stay here again. Five star experience for sure!

Good apartment. Although it does not have open views, it is well ventilated and spacious.

Dynamic and vibrant neighborhood. Apartment with a splendid view of the mountains. Beautiful large patio doors that open the space to the balcony. Beautiful contemporary bathrooms. Well-equipped. Air conditioning in the rooms. Access to the roof terrace which offers an incredible panoramic view of the mountains. Very clean place.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and well thought out. The hosts are also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience! 10/10!

The stay was better than expected. They were very responsive. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi. For a very small fee, they drained, cleaned, and put fresh water in the jacuzzi every day. Of course, when I arrived the jacuzzi was clean and ready. The jacuzzi has an excellent filtration system but it was nice to have it fresh and clean every day as well. There’s a big television and fire pit next to the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of room. I had a wonderful stay. The building is very secure, they have a facial recognition system that is very impressive.

Sandra’s place is awesome ,, very safe and the whole stuff is always looking for the safety of all the guest in the building ,,, Energy building definitely is my first choice from now on ,,, place where you stay comfortably as longest that you comply with the rules and common decency of the place without being restricted, really felt like home
