great place to stay, especially if you want to be away from the hustle of the city - yet want to be able to get to it easily - as there is train 35mins from shibuya and other areas Host was very helpful, I panicked because I was not able to navigate the lock but they helped me get very quickly Place was neat and I love the tatami and futon is so comfortable- while food choices of restaurants may be limited - convenience stores are walking distance I would have loved to stay here for longer, especially to unwind and explore areas this area and further away from the crowded cities

I just had a brief stay at Shiho's Condominium for the week while I visited Star Wars Celebration. The place was easy to find, and near a few conbini which was very helpful. Even though my plane arrived very late in the evening, Shiho and staff were accommodating and I was able to check in without hassle. The Staff even provided a shuttle to and from the venue which was excellent. The recommendations on local restaurants was excellent as well and I was able to have a couple of grate local meals. There were fresh towels in the unit for washing and plenty of space to relax after a long day at the venue, or a long day of walking around Akihabara. Thought it isn't near the train, it is in walking distance of the bus which then leads to the train for travel. There also was a nice park nearby for visiting.

This was my very first Airbnb experience, and we were extremely satisfied. Communication was very good and Takashi also speaks very good English what makes everything easier for those who cant speak Japanese. What I particularly liked was his constant friendliness and his willingness to help in every way. As others have already written, we were picked up from the train station and dropped off again on our departure. If you're coming from Haneda or need to leave there, it's very convenient to take the shuttle bus for a small fee. So, if you're looking for good accommodation at a very good price, I just can recommend it, this is the place for you. And don't forget the view from the rooftop. Especially in the evening is it simply magnificent.

Great little place, very clean and modern and incredibly accessible from the local train station. The host also has a number of helpful guides for check in and general living in the apartment, which really did cover every question I could have. I can only say I'm sad I only stayed for one night, I would not have minded had it been even a week stay.

Miu fue muy amable contestando cualquier duda que tuve. Antes de llegar me perdí por cuestiones de Google Maps pero me ayudó mucho a saber a dónde podía ir; siempre fue muy atenta preguntándome si todo estaba bien, si pude llegar o incluso los días de lluvia mandándome mensaje de que todo estuviera bien. El Airbnb en sí, es muy bonito, tiene todo lo que necesitas, espacio ni tan chico ni tan grande, aire acondicionado y agua caliente, todo muy bien! Además de que la estación de metro está a más o menos diez minutos caminando; el vecindario se siente muy seguro, caminé hasta muy tarde de noche y jamás sentí miedo o algo parecido!;) Definitivamente me quedaría en este Airbnb nuevamente en algún futuro!^^

처음 일본 여행으로 고른 숙소에요! 디즈니랜드를 이용하려고 큰 기대 없이 숙박했는데, 호스트도 친절하시고 안내문 주시는 것도 너무 도움이 되었어요! 연락 드리면 회신도 빠릅니다~~ㅎㅎ 조용하고 평화로운 분위기에서 잘 놀다 갑니다~~

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

Such a great find! The flat is stunning and looks exactly as described, spacious and very nicely designed and decorated. The area is also very vibrant, loads of restaurant and the host kindly provide a long list of places to go

I really enjoyed staying here and had amazing service by Yumiko for all our questions and was very helpful with the friend I stayed with. One of my favorite parts of was the authentic feeling of the room and how spacious it was. Would definitely stay here again.

This place located near Hon Chiba Station and the best way to get here is easier through this station rather than Chibadera Station. Hon Chiba Station route has flat roads, while Chibadera Station route is full with ups and downs. The facilities are so clean and has everything we need. It's neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, the road in front of apartment is wide but taxi oftenly mistaken and always arrived in the other side of the road. 7-elevens, and vending machines are easy to find near the house. We would love to come back here next time.

非常非常满意，超出预期了，还会再来住的，也推荐给了关系好的朋友。不想公开推荐，因为害怕以后自己住不上。没想到有个很大院子，卧室和客厅都可以连通直接过去。房主应该优先放这个图，预定时很后面才看到。提个小建议，房主可以像很多房主一样整理一本册子（常见语言都附上）。把大家常见的问题彩色打印出来放在客厅桌子上里。这样房主也不需要一直回答，常住爱彼迎的客人能自己根据手册快速阅读解决。

다음에 또 묵고싶어요! 친구랑 둘 다 캐리어를 펼치고도 남을만큼 넓었어요! 오래된 느낌이라는 다른 후기들이 있었는데 저는 이 또한 오히려 앤틱한 매력이었고 청결도가 좋아서 전혀 문제되지 않았습니다! 도쿄 처음이었는데 덕분에 잘 즐기고 갑니다~

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

This was a great place to stay close to everything and an easy walk to the Ueno station. It was clean and nice and everything worked well and instructions were provided for ac and other appliances. I can’t wait to visit again!

le logement était parfait, conforme à la description, mis à part le lit assez dur, je recommande fortement ce logement. il est vraiment facile de se rendre dans les différents quartiers de Tokyo tels que Shinjuku et Shibuya via les deux stations de métro à maximum 10 minutes à pied du logement. l’hôte a été plus que réactif et à su nous aider lorsque cela était nécessaire.

El departamento es muy cómodo, limpio, con vista a la torre Sky de Tokyo, moderno y genial para una buena estadía, cercano al metro, lo cual te conecta muy bien con toda la ciudad. El anfitrión muy atento a todas necesidades. Recomiendo totalmente este airbnb.

After a long day of traveling from city to city, it was very convenient for us to do a self check-in at Shunki’s Airbnb in the evening! The space was cozy and we felt comfortable for our last night in Tokyo! Also, the host was friendly and responsive. We recommend staying at this place!

L’alloggio è posizionato nei pressi della stazione di Kameido, lungo la chūō sōbu line, dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata. In circa 20 minuti di metro si arriva a Shinjuku. Stanza inpeccabile, super pulita e in ordine, bagno splendente e lenzuola e asciugamanti pulite (profumavano di ammorbidente). Vengono forniti anche spazzolini, dentifricio e saponi di tutti i tipi. Host molto reattiva e amichevole, mi ha risposto sempre in meno di un minuto, comunicazione davvero impeccabile. La stanza è un po’ rumorosa per via della vicinanza alla strada, ma si riesce a dormire molto bene. Ci ritornerò. :)

Für einen guten Preis eine Gegend mit alles was man benötigt um zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zentrum Akihabara in 15 min erreichbar und knapp 5 min zur nächsten Bahn um die weitere Orte zu besuchen oder zu erkunden. Mehrere Konbinis sich gleich um die Ecke.
