When you sit in the living room and look into the flames of the sticky stone oven, you surround yourself with timber walls from 1750. The cottage is stylishly decorated with living room, kitchen, hallway , bedroom and bathroom with copper bathtub. Bed linen/ towels included.

The cabin is stylishly and cozy decorated, and outside the cabin door you have unobstructed views and access to the mountain pastures on the beautiful Venabygdsfjellet. Here you have no neighbors, and the hiking possibilities are many. Rondane National Park is just a few miles away, and Ringebus's highest mountain, Muen (1424moh), is right next door.

At the top of the hill overlooking Skarvarna is this state-of-the-art mountain lodge completed June 2022 with sun all day. The location is optimal for those who seek variety and want to go to different places during their stay as it is about 20 minutes to both Bruksvallarna and Fjällnäs. There are mountain biking trails below the area towards Funäsdalen/Bruksvallarna. It is about 30 minutes (2.5 km) to walk to Funäsdalens Centrum. Charge the electric car by the house, cook in the new kitchen and enjoy with a view of the mountains.

Cozy log house with living room, kitchen, shower and two bedrooms. Sleeps 6. Heating with power and firewood. Bed linen is included. The house is located in a small tuna, which is both child-friendly and pet-friendly. Private patio with barbecue and garden furniture. If you do not need as many sleeping places, you can rent one of the other cabins in the yard, Jonsbu or Andersbua, at a more affordable price. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful with the forest close by. Glomma flows quietly past.

The beautiful and historic town Røros is a short drive away and is worth a visit in both summer and winter.

The cabin is located 800 meters above sea level in Hovden cabin area in Engerdal with a view of the Sølenfjellene. It was completed in 2021 and has a washing machine, dishwasher, Wifi, as well as heating cables in the floor in the bathroom and running.
