Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Vous séjournerez dans un lieu mythique de Pouilly-sur-Loire : l'ancien hôtel-restaurant L'Espérance. La salle de mariage, avec sa vue sur les vignes et la Loire, a été transformée en deux logements confortables de plain-pied. Profitez d'une terrasse couverte de 20 m² et d'une cour privée pour votre véhicule. Vous serez à seulement 200 mètres du centre-ville et de toutes les commodités. Pour halloween nous avons fait une petite décoration dans le sas d'entrée du logement.

Free parking is available 100 m from the accommodation, you will be a few minutes' walk from the various shops and restaurants of Le Piton.
