The apartment was amazing, beautiful and spacious, located 10 minutes walk from the old town and all the restaurants and cafes area! Also, the host Elay was amazing, supporting us during our stay, even organising for us cleaning during our stay. Thank you it was amazing experience in Baku!!!

Kamran was amazing host highly recommended. The apartment is brand new in the Central Location of Baku. It does take 5-10 minutes to reaxh city Center by taxi. The prices are amaizing in Baku only £1-2 each trip bargain if you come from Europe:) We do also professionally with over 25 apartments in London and havingover 500 reviews. This apartment is definitely one stop in Baku with what you need. Book it with closing eyes you will not be regretting as Kamran was arranging personally transfer from and to Airport. Highly recommended.

Hüseyin eve geldiğimizde bizi karşıladı, ev hakkında gerekli bilgilendirmeleri güzel bir şekilde yaptı. Mesajlara kısa sürede geri dönüş yaptı. Evin konumu harika, tam olarak merkezde, en güzel yerler yürüme mesafesinde. Ev temiz ve düzenliydi. Odaları büyük ve ferah. Evin girişi hakkında Hüseyin gerekli açıklamayı yapıyor. Sonrası kolay. Tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle kalırım.

Отдыхали с 22 августа по 2 сентября 2024 года вчетвером с семьей Дом полностью соответствует всем фотографиям, отдохнули прекрасно, Азербайджан замечательная страна контрастов, а хозяевам данного дома - низкий поклон и благодарность за то, что отвечали на все вопросы, возили и помогали во всём!
 Чистый и глубокий бассейн, большой двор (очень много растений, деревьев), отзывчивый Рустам (дядя Айлы) который всегда был рядом и подвозил до магазина в любое время, встретил и после отвез в аэропорт, смог выдать взаймы необходимое количество манат на первое время
, удобное местоположение - 30-40 минут до центра Баку, 10-15 минут пешком до двух пляжей, все необходимые магазины и заведения, дома есть все необходимые удобства, включая кондиционер в каждой комнате, две ванные комнаты Учитывайте, что дом большой и Вы занимаете только второй этаж, как и указано в анкете, однако, первый этаж не пустой - на нём проживал Рустам (может быть только в наш приезд) - для кого то может быть недостатком

Great place to stay! Svetlana and her husband are wonderful hosts and such pleasant people ! The house is very clean, walking distance to the sea and beach . Definitely come back and highly recommend to all who seek quiet , cozy place!

Naib is a great host. He is very cordial and helpful. He helped us navigate the city, find good food. He sometimes even cooked for us. I would really recommend others to stay there.

Все было очень хорошо! Дом соответствовал фотографию и описанию, все было на месте и даже больше. Сам хозяин помогал чем мог и всегда был рад ответить на возникшие вопросы. Обязательно вернемся!

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

The apartment I stayed in was a great place. I had great time in Baku partly due to this centrally located place which has everything in walkable distance. The host is also a nice person who is always responsive and accommodated greatly with my check out. I definitely recommend it.

Safura is one the best hosts out there. She was very kind and helpful. She was ready to assist in any case, wheter it is via messages or coming to the house. She was always right there when you needed. There was a bunch of stuff which was provided by her. Sweets, nuts, fruits, and so on. There were different types of shampoos and body gel too. But general cleanliness of the house could be better. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I had a great stay at the two-bedroom apartment it was clean comfortable and had everything I needed I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely love to come back again soon.
