In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the grocery stores and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island is located in a reputable family environment, the daily accommodation facility is very few and has the most tranquil beach around it.

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom, WC, air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is completely in the concept of a hotel room. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room other than the normal bedroom. In the Erdek hotels area, 3 minutes to go to the sea by car, 10 minutes on foot, a holiday opportunity in touch with nature. There is a parking for your vehicles in our garden. We have all kinds of utensils so you can cook in our kitchen. You can also light a barbecue in our garden and have a pleasant time with your family and friends. The house has all the necessary items. The house has 3 acres of land, among the olive and fruit trees.
