The cabin, which was newly built in December 2023, has a top location close to slopes & ski trails. It is about 200 meters to the lift area and 50 meters to the cross-country trails. You can ski home to the cabin & walk or cross-country ski there. The lift card includes Vemdalen, Björnrike & Storhogna & a ticket to Skistar's buses between the different locations is included. Hotel Klövsjöfjäll with restaurant, ski rental and spa is close to the cabin. About 2.5 km away, there is an Ica store and a popular stone oven bakery.

About 1 kilometer to Blästervallen with all possible services needed for the perfect winter holiday. 5 minutes by car from Vemdalen By, which has all the necessary services all year round. Vid rätt förhållande finns det även spår precis bakom huset. Sommartid finns underbar vandring, vattenfall, sjöar, fiske, bad och bastu i Rätan. Eller prova motionsspåret precis bakom huset. Huset har en fullutrustad kök och mysig vardagsrum för avkopplande häng med familjen eller vänner. Höghastighet bredband finns.

The cottage is located outside a small village in the Klövsjö area in southern Jämtland, close to Klövsjöbackarna, Storhogna and Vemdalsskalet. Snowmobile trails are close to the cottage that leads to Vemdalsfjällen etc. Here, it is easy to relax in privacy during all seasons, light a fire, hike in the woods and mountains, pick berries or mushrooms, bike, etc. The cottage is surrounded by forests and meadows.
