Condo holiday rentals in Nasugbu

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

My friends and I had a great time during our stay in Arczai. Modern and minimalist interior with an amazing view from Taal. Worth every penny. The hosts are really nice as well as kuya nhadz. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Serin East, Tagaytay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made it comfortable and relaxing. One of the highlights for us was the big screen projector — perfect for our family movie night! It gave the room a cozy, home-theater vibe that everyone enjoyed. The location is also convenient, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and the Serin mall, making it easy to get everything we needed during our stay. Definitely recommend this place for couples or families looking for a relaxing getaway in Tagaytay. We’d love to come back!

Booked Ms. Katrina’s unit just a day before the start of a conference we had to attend nearby. Everything was exactly as described. The view was really awesome! Ms. Katrina and Sir Nilo were so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

Our stay at Jennifer’s apartment was perfect. The view of Taal Volcano was absolutely stunning. The location was great—close to shopping malls and major tourist attractions. The apartment was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials. A big thank you to Jennifer as well for being so responsive and always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Without a doubt, it’s the best place to unwind and enjoy a few relaxing days. Highly recommended!

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

True to its advertisement, the place is neat, spotless, smells nice and well kept.. The unit is well equipped and a Home away from Home 💜 The kitchen is complete with all the utensils and appliances you would need. From Coffee Maker to Toaster to Microwave and even Electric kettle. Didn't get to try the coffee they have for guest, as I have forgotten about it. The only downside was the Refrigerator was not working during our stay. Wifi Connection is fast, with Netflix and Cable available. The price I paid for May 23-25, considering its a weekend is a great steal and a Bonus parking slot too! Additional points for being so thoughtful of bringing out a pet bowl since we are staying with our furbaby. Ms Armi (the Host) despite time difference since she's in Germany and Linda (the caretaker) was very responsive and was able to address the ref* issue and our questions immediately. Over all, it was a great, pleasant and a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! 🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖

Totally worth it. Spacious for a family of four. Water dispenser doesn't get cold. But no worries, because there's a pitcher you can put inside the ref.

Very easy check in and check out. By the time we arrived in the building, the guard already new our info and had the keys ready. We are 8 in the group (7 adults, 1 kid) - they have fast wifi, spacious beds, extra mattresses, towels for each guests, toiletries, kitchen utensils. And of course, an AMAZING view!! No need to send questions to the owner since she gave us very thorough instructions days before our check in. Will definitely consider staying here again once we are back in the Philippines ❤️❤️❤️

It was our first time doing this staycation thing and the experience was great, the best part was the complimentary breakfast that only Sir Giboy had. We love the multigrain bread and the pineapple jam to the point that we also ordered for our takeout and pasalubong for our family. The taal view was very mesmerizing especially when you go to the roof deck of the building, it’s breathtaking. Hoping we can stay again in one of Sir Giboy’s listings together with our kids. My family had a wonderful stay in this spacious 3-bedroom condo. Rolyn was very helpful and thorough, providing clear information and instructions. She even kindly allowed us a late check-out, giving us an extra hour beyond the usual time. The unit was clean and everything was in excellent working order — the air conditioners, faucets, lights, and showers all functioned perfectly. For our group of 12, the space was very comfortable and roomy. There’s even a separate room for a yaya or driver. Kuya Lito, the caretaker, was kind and responsive. When we requested for an extra extension cord late at night, he promptly came to assist us. The host also assured us that we could reach out to Kuya Lito for any concerns or issues during our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this place! We will definitely come back.
