Holiday rentals with beach access in Nasugbu

Although we arrived so early and couldn't check in yet, the hosts allowed us to leave our luggages first. The place is really clean and spacious. The hosts were very accommodating! They gave us directions to a good lomi house and even helped us hail a tricycle commute to our next destination. We had a great stay!

We had a great stay at Carola Condominium in Pico de Loro. The unit was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The host was kind and very responsive, and the caretaker was always smiling and helpful. The location was stunning — surrounded by nature, with access to the beach and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

3 days was worth it. You’ll most likely spend most of your time outside the unit- beach, pool, strolling, play pens, etc. Just be aware that the unit does not have a water dispenser due to hygene reasons, you’ll have to bring your own or have water delivered by the caretaker. The location itself is wonderful, pico de loro is a place I’d want to spend more time in, the lagoon and the pathways is just peaceful for early jogging, strolls. I’ll definitely return. If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

Magic's place is awesome! It's very clean and very close to restaurants, shops, etc. We'll definitely visit again!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay at this unit. It's very cozy and spacious with a beautiful lagoon and mountain view in the balcony. It also had a reliable internet connection that's perfect for those who are in a work from home set up. The host is also very approachable and replies quickly.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the villa. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. The villa is spacious and had plenty of beds to comfortably accommodate our large group. Louie was also very responsive, and the caretaker was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay here at Sir Randi’s house. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed the beach since connected sya from the house. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The rooms are clean, aircons are cool despite the heat outside, CRs are clean and they provided complete toiletries. The masters bedroom has a great view of the beach which is very nice. As for the accessibility of buying food, location is near the groceries and there are fishermen selling fresh seafoods sa may beach. Caretakers are very helpful to us. They offered a paluto so we can enjoy swimming na lang. All in all, we had an unforgettable experience at this house. We recommend this place….

Great host The caretakers were really nice The place was surprisingly PERFECT But the beach ugh we had jellyfish stings Very “mabato” You should be ready and wear aqua shoes to enjoy it We found a spot near the cave And it wasnt as rocky there. Overall GREAT PLACE WE LOVED VER’s HOUSE

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

I was always hesitant to book a place in Pico because of too much “secret charges” but Cesar’s listing peovided all the things you need to know and he is very helpful with all our questions! The room is big enough for us there are a lot of bed/cushion. Probably 6 can comfortably sleep. The care taker was just late despite us being late and giving her a heads up that we are already at the guard house but too early to knock when checking out. Aside from that all are well!

Baron' place was very spacious and big for the price we paid. It was also very clean. It has a big veranda that is perfect for sunrise with a perfect view. The master's bedroom was also the same, the view was very aesthetic. It was way bigger than what we expected. There are also a lot of folding beds that can be used. The aircon was also working fine. The CR' heater was also working well. Ate Rowena, the caretaker was also very responsive as well as Baron. Overall, it was worth the price and highly recommended. We will be back next time for sure :)

Our family had the best time at Pico. Ms. Ice’s unit is very suitable for our needs and I love that it was close to Pico beach. It was very clean and Sir Al was very responsive to our queries and concerns.

I totally understand why this place is a guest favorite! Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host was very easy to talk to. Super responsive and helpful. The space was cleanand exactly as described. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Pico.

Annadel’s Airbnb was really nice, I felt right at home. Everything she mentioned was there and accurate. The place looked great, in a perfect location in Pico de Loro. She was super friendly, and I’d probably come back next time I visit. I recommend this place to other people who are going to Pico de Loro. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.
