The apartment is comfortable and well worth the cost. It is really on the beach, with a privileged location. It is located near bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, etc. Day and night, the location is quiet. They can rent without fear.

Spectacular view of the beach and Morro do Careca, both from the living room and the 2 bedrooms, which by the way are spacious and airy. Deize is a great host. The concierge staff are helpful and polite, especially Bruno, who welcomed us with great cordiality. I would definitely stay more often.

Staying at Roberta's apartment was wonderful! From the beginning, she was super attentive and helpful, always responding quickly and worried about making everything perfect for my arrival. Ah and one thing I found super practical was the laundry of the condo, broke a huge branch. I wore it during the stay and the clothes look great, really clean. Dona Francisca welcomed me and my family very well, we felt at home during our 2 week stay. Communication was very quick and Dona Francisca was willing to answer our questions at any time. The house is in a very quiet and quiet place, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, with easy access to public transportation and the neighborhood's commerce. Great location. Facing the beach of Ponta Negra and close to the main avenue that has the restaurants, very safe and with constant policing. The hotel has an amazing view. Comfortable bed, all the equipment working perfectly and the staff of the Hotel are helpful, the room was in great condition. It was clean and carried out cleaning in the first days, in the end they left two days without cleaning, the receptionist said that the chamberlain was ill and cannot work, but this did not hinder the stay. Cristian was requested throughout the period. I loved Natal, I'll be staying onsite again if possible!

Helpful and friendly employees like FRANCISCO at the RECEPTION/LOBBY and WILSON, both CORTEZ. The Co-HOST André is always helpful and agile in negotiations. Both MICHEL and MATHEUS, also GUESTS, share the POSITIVE Observations I mentioned.
