Zuhause mit Aussicht: Bergneustadt ist eine kleine, über 700 jährige Stadt im Bergischen Land mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Hier gibt es Talsperren in der Nähe, viel Wald und Natur und viele Hügel, die zum Wandern und Radfahren einladen. Das Fachwerkhaus liegt auf einem ruhigen Hanggrundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe und mit schöner Aussicht zur Altstadt. Es ist für maximal 4 Personen geeignet. Die Einrichtung ist komfortabel. Beim Haus sind PKW-Stellplätze vorhanden.

Historic vicarage near Nürburgring

The half-timbered house is located in the courtyard of the old rectory of Kirmutscheid/Wirft only 5 minutes from the Nürburgring. The main house was built in 1709 by Baron Gallen zu Assen for the priest and is directly adjacent to the church which was built by Count Ulrich of Nürburg in 1214. The house with approx. 50 sqm of living space has been restored with great attention to detail and renovated only with natural building materials in order not to lose the pleasant indoor climate.

Charmante gîte voor rust- en natuurliefhebbers!

Voor wie rust en natuur zoekt is hier op de juiste plek. Je bevindt je hier midden in de natuur met hectaren bos in de achtertuin. Wat vroeger een stal was is nu een charmante gîte. Een typische woning in de Ardennen met veel intimiteit op enkele minuten van het formule 1 circuit. Als fanatiek trailer ken ik het bos in de achtertuin op mijn duimpje. Ik kan het iedere loop- en wandelliefhebber aanraden om er een keer te "verdwalen". Het is uiteraard ook geschikt voor mountainbikers.

Mehr Mittelrheinromantik geht nicht.
