The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, 10 km from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, store 1 km and nature nearby. The Brygghuset at Agdatorp is probably the farm's oldest house dating back to the 1700s. It has been newly renovated into a guest house with two bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen and patio, all in the old farmhouse with nice views to the west. The house is winterized and heated with an air pump, oil element and floor heating in the bathroom. There is also a wood-burning fireplace for extra cozy warmth. The house is rural with walking distance to forest and swimming lake. The archipelago with excursion destinations is only a few kilometers away by car.
