Beautiful apartment, clean, central, easy access, the building staff are always very attentive.

Our stay at the apartment in CDMX was a perfect stay. The location was best and very walkable to a lot of restaurants, activities, museums and others. The apartment was clean and full of amenities. My friend and I would definitely stay here again.

MY STAY STARTED SUPER WELL IS THE FIRST TIME IN AN AIRBNB OUTSIDE MY COUNTRY AND MY FIRST TIME ALSO VISITING MEXICO. THE AREA IS GREAT MANY RESTAURANTS PLACES TO ACCESS BY WALKING (AREA OF MUCH TRAFFIC) MODERN BUILDING LIKE MANY FAULTS (INCLUDING JACUZZI AND SAUNA). THE APARTMENT IS SPACIOUS WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW. DO NOT LET ME KNOW IT WAS NOT AIR-CONDITIONED (I CUSTOMARILY THOUGHT THEY WERE ALL) BUT IT MADE GOOD WEATHER ALL THE TIME AND WE COULD OPEN THE WINDOWS (TRIP IN AUGUST). THE DUENNO WAS WELL ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY PREGUTAS AND ALWAYS RESPONDED QUICKLY. THE BUILDING HAS ENOUGH SECURITY WHAT BECOMES OVERWHELMING BUT IT IS FOR OUR GOOD. THE ONLY THING THAT I LEAVE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WAS THE LACK OF AMENITIES OR ATTENTION. IT WOULD BE BETTER TO HAVE + TOWELS, + SAVANNAS, + DRINKING WATER, COFFEE (AT LEAST FOR THE 1ST HOUR OF STAY ) SUGAR AND SALT HABIA BUT POORLY STORED.

The apartment is nice, very clean and tidy. Cecilia was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which allowed us to do the activities we had planned on the day. There are shops and fruit shop nearby in case you decide to cook. In the bathroom you have to leave the tapado drain because if it does not smell ugly, but while it covers everything well. It is on the third floor, so if you go with someone who has difficulty climbing stairs it would be something to consider. Overall an excellent service.

Everything was great. Enrique was very friendly and attentive to all my questions and whatever was needed. The depa is very clean and cozy, with a beautiful view and in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It had all the amenities , it's modern, and there's a lot of security. Would definitely come back!

The place matches the photos. It's very simple but nice and fulfills the function of having a good rest. Mr. Sergio was extremely friendly and helped me with my questions.

We loved being at this accommodation, we felt at home and always very pampered, both José Luis and Joshua gave us an incredible service and were always very attentive to us. We would definitely return.

This is a great part of CDMX - culturally there are many things to explore. Pepe shared a lot of information and it was amazing to learn so much just from talking with him. Though a short stay, I appreciated their flexibility with BOTH check-in/check-out. They are very close to many restaurantes, fast food, convenience stores and cafes for all budgets. There is much to see and do in the area - walking through the streets of Coyoacan is very enjoyable - lots of small alleys almost like a labyrinth at times - AND no noise from the airplanes that are typical in MANY parts of CDMX. It rained the 2 days I was there so I did not get to benefit from the lovely terraces and rooftop views. But that would be an additional bonus to enjoy. Thanks so very much, Fer & Pepe!!

Leo is a very good host, he was attentive and available to help us with our doubts. The place is in an excellent location near shopping malls and very accessible and safe even on foot, the finishes of the accommodation are very modern and super clean. Highly recommended for staying if you want a nice, central and cozy place!

My stay in this house was excellent. From the beginning, my host was very communicative and always attentive to any questions or needs. The house was in perfect condition, impeccably clean and with all the details taken care of. In addition, it is a very cozy space, ideal for resting and feeling at home. I would definitely recommend it and stay here again in the future.

We cannot express our gratitude enough to Karla and Fernando. We spent 100 days at this gorgeous house and every single day we feel like home. The house is spacious and super functional: a yard to chill, a cinema to entertain, two bedrooms with comfortable beddings, and a studio designed perfectly for digital nomads. Karla and Fer think of things ahead: they are perfectionists who just never let any details slip away. They also are very attentive and responsive. Actually, we expected our second child at this moment. While the mom was hospitalized, Karla and Fer took great care of our toddler daughter so that we could focus on receiving our newborn. They were funny, considerate, and overall, just kindness. They’ve given insights of the city and country to help us better integrated into the society. They are truly like big brother and sister to us. I could write on and on but there is a word limits. Therefore, please show no hesitation in reserving this property if it’s available

I stayed for a few days for work and it was my perfect place to rest, from the comfort to the entire building and its 17 amenities. I loved it! I'd come back a thousand more times, thanks to Mexico, Dafne and Alejandro for being the best hosts 🇲🇽🔥

Staying with Denisse was a pleasure. The home was very cozy and clean. Denisse was always available to answer questions. She made check in and checking out very easy. The location is perfect near Centro. Very safe location. I look forward to staying here again. Highly recommend!!

I felt, at home. The building is very safe, only the tenants can enter. And I had all cleaning supplies. Washing machine, for ironing, hair dryers, and for cooking had everything, pans, pots, species, crockery, wine glasses. Internet, Cablevisión. No one can enter and climb the building only the tenants because they have keys and security cards, in the lobby a lot of surveillance who enters and who leaves 24 hours. Y è sobre Av. Paseo de Reforma. A spectacular view. Highly recommended

pretty much everything about the place was great. the only thing i found frustrating was the address supplied to ride shares; they'd drop-off and pick-up on the other side of the building bc of the address. other than that logistical detail, amazing host & place.
