Das Haus liegt in einem komplett umzäunten Grundstück, also Ideal für unsere Fellnase. Die Terrasse lädt zum Sonnenbaden. Küche komplett ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts. WLAN perfekt. Wir sind Atlantik Fan und besonders vom Pin Sec. Dieser ist mit dem Wagen in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir danken Florian für die Möglichkeit sein Haus zur Verfügung gestellt zu bekommen. Sobald es unsere Zeit zulässt werden wir uns wieder um eine Buchung bemühen.

La maison est très confortable et joliment décorée. La cuisine est très bien équipée, et le coucher de soleil dans le jardin est un véritable luxe. Les enfants ont passe de moments inoubliables. Tout a été parfait, dans ce cadre superbe du Parc naturel du Médoc.

The apartment is simply stunning,as shown in the photos, and very spacious. Ingrid met us at check-in, providing us with details on the apartment, neighborhood and other recommendations throughout Bordeaux. We were able to leave the doors open to catch the cool breezes for several nights and closed the doors when the noise from the street became bothersome. The earplugs made the noisy nights peaceful. The location is easily walkable to all the sights to see in Bordeaux and is surrounded by any type of store or restaurant that you could want. We loved Bordeaux and would highly recommend this apartment!

A fantastic appartement with gorgeous views and everything as described! The location can’t be beaten right in the centre and the balcony is gorgeous. I was nervous about there only being a sofa bed but it was a pretty comfy one. There is a very very noisy bar underneath the apartment which is annoying when it’s hot and you need to leave the windows open. The fan helped! Overall I think it’s a great apartment for a few nights and great value.

Super séjour, les propriétaires sont très gentils, on a étés très bien indiqués pour notre arrivée, et durant le séjour ! Le logement est petit mais amplement suffisant pour maximum 3 personnes, tout est très propre et bien agencé. À bientôt Lionel ! ps: la bise au toutou

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit appartement très bien agencé et décoré avec goût. Il est situé dans un secteur très calme, tout près de Soulac-sur-Mer, et bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal. Le balcon offre une superbe vue sur l’océan et sur de magnifiques couchers de soleil, un vrai plus ☀️ Autre bonus très appréciable : la mise à disposition de deux vélos, qui nous ont permis de profiter des environs sans utiliser la voiture, restée garée pendant deux jours. Un séjour parfait, nous recommandons sans hésiter !

We spent 8 nights in this fabulous apartment. Initially we were a little disappointed with the stairwell, it’s a bit tired and could do with sprucing up, however the apartment on the 3rd floor is the prize at the end of climbing the stairs. We did use the lift a few times and it was fine, however we were cautious after reading previous reviews. That said it was amazing for transporting our luggage and shopping. The apartment is fantastic. Expertly designed so that the breathtaking views can be enjoyed at every angle. More than enough living space with a comfortable sofa, very well equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, the bedroom nice and cool with the shutters closed, large bed and ample storage space/hangers. The shower was absolutely huge. The piece de la resistance has to be the large balcony, two recliner seats as well as a table and chairs with an uninterrupted view of the fabulous beach and Cap Ferret in the distance, the sun set is captivating, just beautiful.

Très mignon petit appartement de ville, vraiment à côté du centre et à deux pas de la plage. Le petit plus la terrasse agréable avec des rideaux pour s’abriter du soleil. Nous avons passés un agréable séjour et l’hôte réponse très rapidement

We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again if ever in Bordeaux! Every detail was thought out in the apartment and you will want for nothing. I was beyond impressed with all the extra amenities they provided. Plus having a great AC unit in the 90+ degree weather was amazing!

Appartement très bien situé (sur la plage et à proximité du centre ville à vélo), bien agencé et bien équipé. Nous avons pu profiter du balcon qui est agréable (et parfaitement orienté pour profiter du coucher de soleil). La place de parking et les vélos sont très appréciables. Notre hôte était très réactif et nous avons été accueilli par ses parents qui étaient charmants et serviables. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Julien a pris le soin de préparer et de nous adresser, préalablement à notre arrivée, un guide très complet et bien fait pour une arrivée en autonomie. La vue directe sur le bassin et le lieu paisible on fait toute la différence pour ce très agréable séjour.

Séjour parfait logement impeccable rien n’a redire et Stéphane vous accueille avec sa gentillesse. Je vous le recommande ce logement bien situé. Cela fait 2fois et c’est toujours pareil. À bientôt j’espère

Die Unterkunft ist super. Das Bett war bequem und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Wir waren außerhalb der Saison in der Unterkunft und hatten quasi keine Nachbarn! Gaëlle ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sich um alle Gelegenheiten direkt kümmert und immer schnell antwortet. Das Meer ist innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der See (Plage du Moutchic) ist auch nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Im Apartment befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und ist super für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wenn man einen Tag nach Bordeaux möchte, kann man super zu Fuß zur Haltestelle Marie Curie laufen. Die Anlage, auf der sich das Apartment befindet, ist gepflegt und besitzt sogar einen Pool. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür verfügbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Apartment nur empfehlen.

Petite halte très sympathique sur le trajet du retour. Logement très agréable et tranquille bien équipé et bien décoré. Bel extérieur avec terrasse. Aménagement soigné.
