The Secret Garden apartment in the center of Uzès

SueRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were so excited to find “Le Jardin”. What a gem. It became our little secret in the heart of this lovely town, and we delighted in coming ‘home’ at the end of each day of tripping around the countryside. Free parking was conveniently just down the road, and with every kind of store one could need also only steps away, it was heaven. Don’t get me started on the weekly Saturday market! Beautiful fresh food of every description which we relished taking back to our private courtyard, where we had just about every meal. Great kitchen. A washing machine. Small but sparklingly clean bathroom. We loved all of it!

15 km Gorges Ardèche, cottage 6 pers

ChristopheRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We just spent 15 days and the good weather was at the rendezvous, for those looking for calm and tranquility is the ideal place! Christine and Philippe are welcoming, warm, available and concerned for the well-being of their guests. They were good tips for sites to visit, both in the Gard and in the Ardèche which is barely 10 km away Many places to visit including the Pont du Gard, the Pont d 'Arc and the Ardèche gorges by canoe, the Aven Orgnac cave, the Sautadet waterfalls, the Nîmes bullring....) The house is well equipped and local shops are in Barjac 3km away We had a great time!

Oasis of biodiversity, natural pool, olivegrove

JuliaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Emilie and her family are great hosts. Very open, friendly and supportive. If you want to unwind and relax and listen to the sound of nature, this is the place for you. Make sure to try the products of the family (olives, olive oil and jam), as they are delicious and very special. Emilie will have lots of recommendations for local markets and cultural events. The path to the house is a bit adventurous, but you will be able to manage just fine. The house itself is beautifully designed and the perfect place to connect with nature.

IN THE LITTLE NEST DOUILLET

CorinneRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We spent 4 wonderful days at Annie and Michel's. The accommodation is really a cozy little nest with a magnificent view, a charming terrace without any neighbors👍. It is extremely clean, and well designed, there is every comfort, very comfortable mattress. Beautiful region, with beautiful hikes and visits to do. 5 minutes' drive from Ales and 2 minutes from a bakery and supermarket. We spoke with Michel, who was very friendly, attentive and gave good advice. We recommend it without problems and will come back if we go through there again😊. Thank you for this very charming place 😉

Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

JoshRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Alison and Costas are a dream team. Excellent hosts with a beautiful chateau for you to enjoy. Aline is great too. You’ll have a wonderful and relaxing stay. Great food and activity recommendations in the booklet. Be sure to visit all the markets you can, and try and eat at Le Flores- which was the perfect lazy lunch venue.

Charming mill

PatriciaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.
