Our lakefront home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The living area boasts large windows for natural light to flood the space while providing beautiful view of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the enclosed sunroom & living rooms are perfect for family dinners or time with friends. The family room has a wood burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, TV with Roku (YouTube TV), and a queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a tub/shower and washer and dryer. This serene property offers a soothing escape for guests with its relaxing feel of country living while being just a few mins off the highway and easy access to the rest of Appleton. Less than a 30 min drive to Lombardi field in GB! Property's not lived in, but set up to accommodate groups up to 8 needing a comfortable place to stay. Owners live in the attached home next door. In-ground pool out back is off limits without prior approval from owners due to liability.

There's also a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer, but overall, it's a suite. We think you'll LOVE it!
