Holiday rentals with beach access in Navegantes

The apartment is beautiful, new, comfortable and is in a super quiet neighborhood, next to a preserved forest, which offers plenty of privacy. It is very complete, and has all the basics needed for a good stay. I went to work, so I needed an apartment with a structure to support me during the days, where I could wash clothes, cook some fast food, among other things, and I didn't miss anything in the environment... Monica was super solicitous when I needed her, friendly, attentive and responds quickly. I would always come back!!

The stay was wonderful! Quiet and safe place, plus an impeccable apartment! Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities described in the listing. I felt at home. The apartment is very well located, spacious, with an incredible view. Close to markets, restaurants, you can park and do almost everything on foot. The parking lot, by the way, is very good and has plenty of space. We had a very nice weekend with the family. Rafael was very attentive and an excellent host, from the time I wanted to book to spend my father's birthday at Sacadinha BC. Thank you for the stay and we will return more often, for sure.

town hall really like those of the photos ...Very cozy very quietly stayed with my 9 year Son 1 week and we enjoyed the place for the tranquility around it,as well as being all close to both Beto Carreiro and Balneário Vale apena ...Super indico !

Location extremely according to the photos, great location, super clean, spacious, magnificent view. Host Leonardo was helpful from the first contact, check-in was quick, he gave us all the necessary information, including the location of supermarkets and restaurants. I recommend it!

Excellent house!!! Very cozy space, the night was cold and the area with a wood stove made all the difference. Dani responded quickly, and was super flexible. We loved it!!!

João Ivo and his wife are incredible people. We feel welcomed and happy to have found this place. We have a small daughter and 2 elderly dogs, which could have been a little uncomfortable, but both welcomed us and even offered to help us with the clothes to dry faster and look after the dogs when we went out. A cozy and well-equipped house and an incredible care for guests. I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing experience staying at Naza and Tim’s lovely home. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. The location was perfect and a close walk to the beach! Lisandra was absolutely amazing when handling the check in process and check out. Very helpful and made the experience soo much better. We’d definitely return back again if we come back to Balneário Camboriú again! Thank you for having us!
