The house is very good. Great family space. Everything was clean and organized. The host always passing useful information and left a wonderful treat of welcome. 😊 The house is near beach and stalls with excellent structure. I recommend and intend to return again times.

Amazing home with great accommodations, all the instructions were clear and the best treatment during check-in and check-out.

The house is identical to the listing, very cozy and huge. It has an adult and children's pool, good for those who have children. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay (plastic tables and chairs, buoys, kitchen utensils, bed linen...). The host is super helpful and responds quickly. From the house to the center, about 10 minutes by car. As the subdivision is new, there is a little difficulty when calling Uber, but just inform that it is in the new subdivision, most people know where it is, I believe that as the houses are built, it will be easier to locate. We would definitely return.

Natalia's house was a big surprise. It was even better than in the photos. The house is located in the middle of the old town and is still very, very quiet. It is very individually furnished. The highlight for us was actually the garden area with views over the city and a pool, which is buried by trees and provides a welcome cooling in the heat. You are in the middle of a paradise with total privacy. P.S. Don't forget the mosquito spray.

Perfect! I was looking for a quiet place, outside the city. The villa is big and simple, with a large garden and a nice pool. Very quiet area, surrounded by nature. Eduardo (co host) was always available and answered any question. I had a perfect vacation and in only 45 minutes by car (sometimes even less according to traffic), you can reach Recife center or the beach, you can reach Olinda, and also only a couple hours drive from Joao Pessoa where I spent 2 days. In only 5 or 10 minutes you can reach a nice area with a mall with many restaurants and some supermarkets and groceries sotres with high quality food and products. I was alone, but the house can accomodate many people. Eduardo knew that I like to fish and he let me borrow his fishing rod (there are fishing lakes in the condominium). My 4 day stay at Aconchego Souza Maia was simply perfect! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and carefully thought out for comfort. The swimming pool is a real spectacle, offering a breathtaking view that makes you feel in full harmony with nature. It is a quiet, quiet place, where it is possible to relax and disconnect from the routine. The host, Manuelle, was amazing: always cordial, receptive and attentive, responding promptly to messages and ensuring that everything was impeccable. An ideal getaway for those seeking comfort and beauty in one place. Can't wait to go back!
