Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Nazaré

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Al llegar, encontramos la casa perfectamente preparada y limpia. Las instrucciones de acceso eran claras y fáciles de seguir. Es una casa ideal para grupos, con todas las comodidades necesarias para una experiencia confortable.

A peaceful, rural location. The comfortable king size bed gave us our best few nights' sleep for months. We'd prearranged for a supply of groceries and paid them on our arrival. With a good stock of food and drink we could stay local and take advantage of exploring Ruth & Graham's vast expanse of fields with fig and olive trees and rambled through their wood down to the river. The facilities inside the barn/cottage are faultless, we had good internet connection and my husband was able to fulfill his work commitments and conduct a video conference. The bathroom/shower was spotless with strong water pressure so that just a gentle turn of the tap gave us perfect showers. Every aspect of what a visitor might need has been well thought through and provided. We took gentle strolls along tracks near the neighbouring tree plantations where the smell of eucalyptus was cleansing. I enjoyed their spring flowers and flocks of birds. I baked a cake and shared it with our hosts. Will rebook soon.

I arrived at Bert’s on the day of the national power outage which complicated matters a little (phone signal etc) however Teressa was an absolute star and helped me get settled into Casa Lavanda quickly. After a couple of days in a ‘dodgy’ Lisbon hotel it was wonderful to arrive at Bert’s spacious, peaceful and spotlessly clean house. It was sheer bliss to have a hot shower and then sink into a very comfortable bed! Casa Lavanda is wonderfully equipped, everything is supplied to make your stay a true home-from-home. There is easy access to towns, countryside and beaches - all within a short 15-30 minute drive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Lavanda to all.

A estadia foi curta mas vale muito a pena. A casa é muito bonita e bem decorada. A Amélia é uma excelente anfitriões. Tratou-nos lindamente e com miminhos muito simpáticos . A gata Suri foi uma agradável surpresa. O sítio é lindo, perfeito para quem quer descansar. Uma estadia a repetir. Obrigada Amélia por tudo!

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé,l’endroit est calme,il y a beaucoup de verdure,on peut se rafraîchir dans une belle piscine,manger dehors,profiter du barbecue et si on se lève pas trop tard,voir pleins de petits lapins 🐇qui gambadent dans le jardin 😊….Maria réponds très rapidement à la moindre de nos questions,nous sommes vraiment ravis d’avoir séjourné chez Maria 🤩

Luis and his Mom are amazing hosts, we loved the welcome treats when we got there. The house is very spacious, very nice and with very comfortable beds, with a well stocked kitchen. They have made their backyard look like a resort and we appreciated the nice sound of the waterfall by the pool in the morning. The area is very peaceful and you are away from tourists, yet it is a short drive to Nazare, and other beach towns. We liked staying at their home because we were supporting a family business.

El alojamiento de Claire es totalmente recomendable. fuimos con dos perritas y su enorme jardín nos vino genial. Claire es una gran anfitriona: nos recomendaron las mejores playas de la zona, recibieron a las perras con unas chuches y a nosotros con una botella de vino. la casa estaba extremadamente limpia y cuenta con todas las comodidades y equipamiento necesarios para pasar unos días de vacaciones y relax. El sitio es muy tranquilo y silencioso y está muy cerca de una fantástica playa. Volveremos!!

Foi um final de semana maravilhoso,fomos comemorar aniversário de namoro,não poderia ter sido em outro lugar,com certeza iremos voltar.

We had a lovely stay at Åse’s place. Åse and her husband were very friendly and generously provided us with fresh eggs and oranges from their farm. They also shared helpful recommendations for places to visit in the area.

spacious and comfortable and right across from the beach! can't get a better location, literally above and next to many surf shops and schools and walking to grocery store. the host is very responsive. I wish that for the money they provided coffee and dishwasher soap... otherwise really great.

Host and his wife was very friendly and very helpful throughout the entire stay. We were there not quite a month and really enjoyed the location and amenities nearby, while also being convenient to other attractions and major cities such as Porto and Lisbon. The National Park and surroundings were just beautiful. The accommodation was very comfortable and as described. We felt very much at home there and there were many stores nearby for groceries and shopping. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Albert’s apartment in Peniche! As a group of four geology students exploring the region, this place was perfect for us. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great—close to the coast and the incredible geological sites we came to study. Albert was an outstanding host—super friendly, responsive, and always happy to help with local tips and recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Peniche. Thanks again, Albert!

Die Unterkunft von João war wirklich super. Vom persönlichen Check in bis zum Glas Rotwein war die Gastfreundschaft von ihm und seiner Familie, die auf dem Anwesen lebt, ein Traum. Die Unterkunft selbst war sauber und sehr gemütlich und auch der Innenhof hat zum entspannen eingeladen. Von der Wohnung ist man schnell in Lourinhã einem kleinen süßem Örtchen mit vielen Inhabergeführten Läden. Mit dem Auto kommt man auch an nah anliegende Orte und Strände, welche wirklich wunderschön waren. (Z.B. Santa Cruz, Peniche, Nazare). Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben.
