It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The beach village of Ag. Theodori is approximately an hour outside of Athens on the way to Corinth. “Villa Sofia” was the perfect bungalow to spend our final three days in Greece and to visit lifelong friends who live in this village. Just steps away from the boardwalk and the beach, we found our own private oasis. Named in honor of the hosts’ mother, the home was just as described. The hosts have done a wonderful job remodeling this cozy “home away from home”—including soundproof windows, automatic shutters, AC, a modern bathroom/kitchen, two bedrooms and a sitting room. We can’t forget to mention the patio with views of the sea. Constantinos and Filippos were very responsive and accommodating hosts who picked us up from the train station and made sure we were dropped off again to catch the 6:24am train to the Athens Airport for departing flights. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of red wine, fresh grapes, watermelon, coffee, and plenty of bottled water. Thank you to our hosts!

Beautiful holiday home with fantastic views of the sea and islands. Ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet, there are no direct neighbors. Beautiful and secluded beaches are within easy reach by car. The house and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired, simply perfect. Andreas is a very attentive landlord who gave us some good tips. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Beautiful villa, on a plot away from the noise of the city, isolated but 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. The welcome is perfect, Antonia is responsive to every request, attentions everywhere in the house, such as fresh water on arrival or the essentials (soap, toilet paper, laundry, salt, pepper, oil...) to start our stay without stress. Really a perfect location to visit the surroundings near Epidaurus, Corinth and Nafplio. The villa is located in the middle of olive and lemon trees in the garden. Very peaceful, not a sound at night and very, very quiet during the day. The air conditioning in all rooms is a real plus and the amenities are far superior to most vacation rentals. We recommend it and we'll be back, thank you very much

Aristides is a very friendly host, from the first moment he gave us detailed information about food, nearby beaches and destinations. Our apartment had an amazing view of the bay of Korfos and the Saronic Gulf. It was well cared for, clean, and with everything a 4-member family needs for a comfortable and safe stay. A favorite part of the kids is the pool we could use at any time. Generally we had the feeling that we were hosted by a friend... The quaintness and beauty of Korfos in combination with the apartment we stayed in and the acquaintance with Aristides, will definitely bring us back to the same place many times !!!!!
