We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. Vasileios and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you're traveling with kids, it's so important to feel supported, and we truly felt that here. It’s comforting to know someone is nearby and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this place for families—we’d love to come back!

We had the best week ever. Maro and her family went above and beyond to make our stay so perfect. The facilities are stunning, exceptionally clean and the views were amazing. As a group of 5 young girls we felt so safe and Maro & family ensured we were completely comfortable. Maro kindly cooked us a delicious bbq on our last night and John was kind enough to drop us off at the airport when we were struggling with the taxis! We would recommend this to everybody and we will be sharing with our family and friends. Thank you so much Maro & family xxx

Die Unterkunft und Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber erhält damit auch ihren besonderen Charme. Vor allem auch der Garten, die vielen Kräuter, Baume und Blumen haben eine wunderbare Atmosphäre erzeugt. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich auch der große und sehr saubere Pool, der zum schwimmen einlädt. Gerne wieder, wenn die Temperaturen schon ein bisschen höher sind. Und gerne auch für etwas länger.

We stayed at Emma's place for a week in June 2025 when we were briefly visiting relatives in Athens. We were looking for a place that is spacious and fully equipped and can accommodate the needs of our two young children. Emma's place was perfect for our family! We spent lots of time at the house, taking advantage of the beautiful gardens, the pool and the nature that surrounds the house. The house was incredibly clean and stocked, Emma even filled the fridge for us with breakfast items on our first day. The beds are comfortable and there are so many configurations that can accommodate even the pickiest sleepers; two bunkbeds with movable single beds in the lower level, and a king bed for a couple. The cats on the property was an attraction for the kids, and the dog Loki was the friendliest guardian I could have asked for. I highly recommend Emma's place for families or large groups who need privacy and want lots of activities at the house. Stores are a 20 min car ride away. Thank you!

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

stayed at Taki's place while competing in Freediving World Championship. This place was perfect! Close to the pool, quite, clean, small patio to meditate and to hang the wetsuit to dry, helpful host that lives right above and is super responsive. Couldn't ask for more. exactly what I needed to be able to have all the focus on the competition.

An amazing and beautiful apartment — my wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and Anastasia was such a kind and accommodating host. She even let us stay a bit longer, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

We spent seven wonderful days in Athens as a family of five, staying at Kallirroi’s house. Everything inside was thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay: clean, neat, modern, and cozy. The house is just a two-minute walk from the metro, which made getting around the city very convenient. It’s worth noting that there are eight streets named Kalvou in Athens, so when ordering a taxi or using navigation apps, it’s helpful to specify that you’re in the Nea Ionia district to avoid confusion. Kallirroi was always responsive and quick to address our questions and requests. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

It was newly renovated, very clean, beautiful bathroom. We only stayed one night en route to a cruise so we didn’t explore the surrounding area at all.

I had a wonderful stay at Mr Dinos during my holiday! The host was truly exceptional – very friendly, easy to communicate with. His wife too was just as warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better and made me feel completely at home. The house was exactly as described, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions for everything, which made settling in a breeze. What really stood out was how generous and thoughtful the host was. He gave me extra time before check-out so I wouldn’t have to wait too long at the airport, which I really appreciated. On top of that, he even took the time to bring me to the nearby train station and showed me the way to the airport – such a kind gesture that went above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort and happiness. I’m very grateful for the experience and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Ίσως και η καλύτερη διαμονή μέσω της πλατφόρμας Airbnb το κατάλυμα φοβερό όμορφο μοντέρνο και πεντακάθαρο δεν του έλειπε τίποτα και οι οικοδεσπότες άμεσοι φιλικοί και απίστευτα ευγενικοί. Το συντομότερο θα ήθελα να ξανά επισκεφθω το κατάλυμα. Σας ευχαριστώ για όλα ❤️

HostMaster Aethereal is nestled in an upscale, leafy suburb of Athens and it offers a peaceful stay with a perfect blend of convenience and comfort. The surroundings are charming and the utterly peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal base. Easy parking and a short walk to the metro provide effortless access to the city. Inside, the space is immaculately clean and exceptionally well-equipped, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. The internet connection is fast and reliable, and the hosting agents are both helpful and discreet, ensuring a seamless, stress-free stay from start to finish.

The loft was just as advertised. The amenities provided are great. It is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any question.

The Airbnb is beautiful and spacious, with lots of great natural light. The garden is also fantastic and has lots of shade so can be used throughout the whole day. The stay was made even better by Konstantinos the Airbnb host. He was incredibly friendly and responsive, providing lots of recommendations for everywhere we went. It was a 5 star stay!

Υπέροχη διαμονή σε ένα γοητευτικό διατηρητέο αρχοντικό!! Η οικογένεια μας (ο άντρας μου, ο γιος μας κι εγώ ) περάσαμε ενάμισυ μήνα σε αυτό το υπέροχο διατηρητέο αρχοντικό στην Κηφισιά. Είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένο και συντηρημένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαστήκαμε. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα εξαιρετικά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Αν και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Κηφισιάς, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα και δημόσιες συγκοινωνίες, ήταν πολύ ήσυχα. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας ήταν απλά τέλεια. Απολαύσαμε κάθε στιγμή της διαμονής μας και νιώσαμε σαν να είμαστε στο σπίτι μας. Ευχαριστούμε θερμά τους οικοδεσπότες για αυτήν την αξέχαστη εμπειρία και προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μοναδικό αρχοντικό σε όλους όσους θέλουν να απολαύσουν μια ιδιαίτερη και άνετη διαμονή στην Κηφισιά!

Ο Κυριος Νικος ηταν απίστευτα φιλόξενος και ευγενικός. Το σπίτι πάρα πολύ καθαρό, καλή τοποθεσία, ανακαινισμένο με όλες τις οικιακές συσκευές.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.
