Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nea Kallikratia Beach

We have stayed 10 Days and fell in love with the place!! Very Cosy, peaceful and natural!

Nice stay if you want a quite place close to the airport, less than a 20 minutes drive.

This year AirBNB is highly recommended if you’re in the Thessaloniki area The host goes above and beyond to make sure the place is clean, furnished and comfortable for your stay. it is further from downtown, close to the airport. But, it still has plenty of places to eat at in a local and quieter area of Thessaloniki.

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a wonderful holiday with my family in this very cute house where we were welcomed with treats prepared by Ioanna herself. Angelos helped us a lot in everything, we will definitely come again, thank you for everything

We had a wonderful week at Maki's house. The house is a cute and peaceful village house. There are cute cats in the garden that get as close to you as you let them. The location of the house is very good. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and markets. The only negative aspect was the mosquitoes. Makis had left some mosquito repellent for this, but despite this, the flies won this war. In conclusion, I can sincerely recommend Makisin house.

We stayed 10 days in the Apollo apartment and had a wonderful time. Alex happened to be there and greeted us personally. Alex and Theo are so nice and helpful - just great hosts. Questions are answered immediately. Theo is on site. Everything is exactly as described in the photos. Even more beautiful! Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning - end the day on the balcony in the evening. Kitchen has everything you need, even to cook something at home in the evening. The beach is right outside the door, with several beach bars, but also with a public area. Umbrellas and other beach utensils can be rented from Alex & Theo. I still recommend renting a car to drive to other beaches and explore the area. The supermarket downstairs has everything you need and a very delicious bakery. Larger supermarkets are also nearby. We can only recommend a stay, we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything

Staying in the "Sky" apartment will be unforgettable for us! We are delighted with the apartment, it met all our expectations and the hosts are very nice. The apartment was perfectly clean and prepared for our stay, we were very surprised by the kitchen equipment, which allows you to prepare everything you could dream of (there is even a coffee machine and capsules for it). We felt at home in the apartment, thanks to the spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and a well-maintained common area, a high level of comfort is maintained. Just like the photos. The owners respond quickly and comprehensively to questions. Upon arrival, the hosts also very attentive to our comfort, asking about our stay. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the sea, the area is very friendly and nearby there are shops, restaurants and everything you need. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and we will gladly visit it again.

We found the house very easily, thanks to the host's instructions. The house was like photos. Close enough to the kai beach in the center. Very helpful that the building had an elevator. We were very helpful with flexible check in. Very kind host.

This is a great place in the centre of Thessaloniki. It’s located in a great street with loads of restaurants and bars. It felt very safe. The appartement was very clean, cool (airco was great for the hot days), had a very comfortable bed. It is a modern appartement and the balcony is a great plus. All communication was very good. Would recommend if you want a clean and comfy hotel-experience Airbnb in the centre.

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great comfort appartment

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Definitely recommended!

Katerina was an excellent host! Her instructions for the self check-in were very detailed and inspired a sense of trust and safety. The house is exactly as shown in the photos—renovated, tasteful, and just a 5-minute walk from the beach! The neighborhood has everything you need for daily life: groceries, restaurants, cafés. Just a note: if you’re getting around by car, it can be difficult to find free parking. Luckily, we stayed during a summer long weekend when locals from Thessaloniki traditionally head to Halkidiki, so we didn’t have any issues with parking! I highly recommend it.

Eva and Korinna are great hosts. They have a very nice airB&B in the Centre of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Great time.

Andreas's place is quite clean and conveniently close to metro and buses. There are also plenty of amenities, whenever we needed something it was there.

My stay in this apartment was perfect all around! The location in the center of Thessaloniki is unbeatable – restaurants, cafes, attractions and the sea are all within minutes walking. The place itself was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I felt comfortable from the first moment and would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience Thessaloniki – be it for a short trip or a longer stay. I will definitely be back!

It was truly a wonderful experience. Both the cleanliness of the apartment and the communication with the host made the stay even better. The location is very central, allowing easy access to many places on foot. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice flat. We where here for a conference in the concert hall and it was ideally located. Very nice roof-terraces and great restaurant nearby, especially Ουτοπία. Metrostation and busses are very close to the flat.

This was the perfect stay! I would love to come back!
