Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Nea Kallikratia Beach

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Dimitris Unterkunft. Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Einrichtung, alles war sehr sauber. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, fast dörflich und man hat einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt. Unser Highlight: den Sonnenuntergang auf der Stadtmauer genießen. Außerdem gab es sehr gute Tavernen in der Nähe. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen :))

Very Nice and Friendly Host! We had issues with our car however we got the best service from the host. The assistance from the owner was very helpful and I would definitely recommend this place!

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Very spatial home that was beautifully decorated. Enjoyed being in Panorama. Convenient to Halkidiki.

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

Wir fanden den Aufenthalt bei Agabi-Chrysi toll. Alles war sehr gepflegt und die Kommunikation mit ihr war hervorragend. Sie hat innerhalb von 5 Minuten bei Fragen weiter geholfen und war sehr freundlich. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und alles, was man im Alltag brauchte, war zu finden. Die Lage und Umgebung ist ruhig und man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Garten ist zudem riesig und man hat viel Platz sich zu entfalten. Er ist allerdings auch sehr einsichtig, aber dies sieht man ja auch auf den Bildern. Zusammenfassend können wir den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war super – genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu Beginn gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser, aber Mario hat sich sofort darum gekümmert – wirklich toller Service! Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag auf hohem Niveau: Es wäre schön, wenn grundlegende Dinge wie Salz und Pfeffer vorhanden wären. Ansonsten absolut top – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

10/10 the place is beautiful and so many activitys around especially if you have a car. We went swimming, boating. Fishing and on a toured cruise while we stayed here. Amazing place to be! Highly recomend. Also had a very special dinner by the sea! We will be back forsure.

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!

We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.

Прекрасное место для тех, кто любит тишину, отсутствие толп людей и красивый вид на море. Дом очень уютный, есть все необходимое. Большая мангальная зона, удобные кровати с белоснежным бельем. Фивос очень общительный и приятный хозяин, быстро отвечает на вопросы, дает хорошие рекомендации по поводу таверн, проката яхт, рыбных и мясных магазинов. Жилье находится на возвышенности, поэтому, чтобы добраться на пляж или в деревню лучше иметь автомобиль.

Ich habe diese Unterkunft mit meiner Mutter zusammen gebucht. Die Gastfreundschaft von Vaso war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich finde, das ist etwas sehr Wichtiges und sticht hier sehr hervor. Schöne Gespräche zum gemeinsamen Kaffee&Kuchen im Garten und ihren kleinen süßen Hund nicht zu vergessen. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet, von Handtüchern bis hin zu einer frischen Obstschale und Getränken, wie zb. Kaffee und Wasser für uns, es war alles da, was man braucht. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, sowie ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Straße und ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Garten hat uns verzaubert, überall schöne Blumen, ein Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen. Für uns ein Besuch, der in Erinnerung bleibt. An amazing stay with breathtaking views — Highly recommended! Our stay at George's Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The apartment is stunning — modern, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. One of the highlights is definitely the large terrace with a breathtaking view — the perfect place to enjoy a coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. The location is also ideal — close to everything you might need but still very quiet and peaceful. And above all, George was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great recommendations. Fantastic place in the heart of Kalikratia. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. She even let us check-out whenever we like. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. Great place in the center of Kallikratia. The parking spot is a big plus and also the fact that is one of the few places that accept bigger dogs like our golden retriever makes it a rare find. We would be back here for sure.

We stayed at Sia for 10 days. The surroundings are beautiful , the place is very quiet. The sea is very clean and see-through , ideal for families with children. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures shown with new furniture. The kitchen has everything necessary. And finally, Sia is very friendly and kind, she gave us information regarding the restaurants, beaches and near towns. We really enjoyed this vacation , thank you Sia !
