We had a great stay! The communication was friendly, fast, and informative, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the garden was well-maintained. The pool was a nice touch, too. With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus the sea just a short walk away, everything was conveniently located. The neighborhood was quiet, and we appreciated the easy access to bus for trips to the city. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay at Maria's villa for our family vacation. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk from fantastic restaurants, two grocery stores, and two bakeries, which made everything incredibly convenient. But the true highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea, which we enjoyed every single day. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Maria was incredibly generous, leaving us a lovely welcome basket filled with goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch. Jimmy was outstanding—he met us at the port, helped us organize taxis, and shared great local recommendations. He also kept us updated with anything we needed to know, including local news like power or water outages, which was really helpful and reassuring. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and comfortable stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Huset var fantastiskt och hade allt man kan tänka sig. Stor och fräsch pool, oändliga lounge-ytor och vackra platser att äta middagar på. Den stora grillen var också ovärderlig för oss! Huset och området kändes lite off (i alla fall på lågsäsong), så man är tvungen att åka bil för att handla etc. Det var dock inga problem eftersom det var enkelt att få tag på taxi.

This property was gorgeous. Very modern and the pool was amazing. Very private yet a short walk to some restaurants and cafes. Communication with the host was great. Provided local recommendations for cafes, groceries and dining.

Nikos’s place was once of the most beautiful locations that I’ve personally stayed at. He was very responsive and catered to our families needs throughout the trip. I can honestly say that both Nikos and his wife made our stay that much more special. I would recommend booking with Nikos 1000x over again. I have been using Airbnb for over 10 years now and I can honestly say that working with Nikos has been one of my best experiences to date. So much that my family is already thinking of the next time when we can return. If I could give 6 stars I would. Amazing host and amazing experience all around!

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. The House was Perfect for a group of 9 Girls and Krassy was a Great Host. Commuting to the City (with Traffic which occurs mostly) via Taxi (which is very cheap) takes up to 40 Minutes but Beach area and Beach Clubs are super close to the House, which is why the Location is the Perfect Spot to have it Both: sightseeing in the City and Beaching! Thanks, we can fully recommend and would be happy to be back soon!

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.

Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison ! L'emplacement est idéal, mais compliqué d’accès sans voiture je vous le recommande donc. La maison est propre, bien entretenue et décorée avec goût. Les lits sont très confortables et nous avons apprécié les petites attentions comme les produits de toilette et le café fourni. Le propriétaire est très réactif et sympathique, toujours prêt à aider et à répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour dans la région. Merci pour tout !

Die Kommunikation mit Aggelos und dem Team war top. Sehr freundlich und schnell im antworten. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, von der schönen Aussicht bis hin zur Ausstattung und dem Pool. Haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Melandrina daher sehr genoßen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Agapi’s place was amazing!!! Everything was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and Agapi greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house. She even took us around the town in her car since we didn’t have a rental!! Be aware the driveway is very steep and hard to get large cars in and out. Other than that, the pool and the views were amazing. Totally worth every penny! Highly recommend this place. I hope to be back again very soon. Thank you Agapi🫶🏼

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

Особая благодарность за холодные воду и пиво, и полный морозильник льда. Стиральная машина, посудомойка, фен, посуда - есть все для комфортного отдыха. Чувствуется, что дом обустроен с любовью. Огромный бассейн с шикарным видом на залив. Круто отдыхать с детьми - в доме много настольных игр, и в интерьере много интересных деталей Но лучшее в этом доме - это хозяин! Удивительно доброжелательный и отзывчивый . Мы попали на страйк таксистов, и целый час пытались уехать из Афин домой. Позвонили хозяину дома, и он приехал нас забрать, проехав 45км туда и обратно. Идеальное место для семейного отдыха! Хозяин дома - прекрасный человек, заботящийся о своих гостях. Мы обязательно вернемся в этот дом еще ни раз

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Fantastic location that is close to Athens so able to visit the Acropolis easily. Great local restaurants and some beaches within walking distance. The villa was great and just as described. The pool was the highlight for us as well as a lack of mosquitoes! Definitely recommend the villa and Lydia!

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

Un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa ! L’endroit est magnifique, spacieux et parfaitement entretenu, offrant un confort optimal. La vue est tout simplement époustouflante, et la piscine à débordement est un véritable paradis pour se détendre tout en admirant le paysage. Christiana est une hôte remarquable : toujours disponible, réactive et extrêmement attentive à chaque détail pour rendre mon séjour parfait. Le cadre calme et serein est idéal pour se ressourcer. Je recommande vivement cette villa à quiconque cherche des vacances reposantes et de qualité. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!
