Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Nea Michaniona

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

This apartment is beautiful and spacious. Every room has A/C. The location could not be better. Everything is walkable. The host was very responsive if we needed him. The place was fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

All the instructions for entering the house were descriptive and easy. The view from the balcony was nice. It was comfortable and ideal for 3 people but 4 adults can be a bit difficult. Everything was ready when we arrived. The sheets were clean and fresh snake. Kitchen utensils were more than adequate and convenient. It is definitely a place I would prefer if I come back to Thessalonica. The host also responded quickly and sincerely to my every question without getting tired. I would like to thank him very much

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

All was absolutely brilliant!! The house is incredibly beautiful, has a nice location and everything you need. It is all picobello clean in the house. More comfortable and a big bed. Valantis was a great host. He gave us very clear instructions so we could find the house with ease. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is clean and quite beautiful. In addition, because we wanted to stay a day extra and there was no availability in the house we were staying in, he put us in contact with someone he knows so we could continue our vacation. We will definitely choose it again!

The place was well-kept with many amenities and very functional. It comfortably accommodates 5 people and offers many amenities. Double security door and easy access to a main road with transportation. I will definitely choose him again along with the rest of the family!!

In short: absolutely great! Paraskevi and her husband are wonderful hosts and almost the icing on the cake for the beautiful and super clean property. Familiar, warm, open, you are welcomed here and really feel right at home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and invites you to linger. A very nice beach section is super quick to reach by car. Here you can find loungers for a drink. The walk to the promenade with many good taverns is also short. I would have liked to have stayed much longer. Therefore, an absolute recommendation from me and thanks again for the wonderful time!

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I would be absolutely delighted to come and stay in this space again! A week was just not enough…. Σασ ευχαριστώ πολύ

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Katerina's apartment is perfect for large groups like ours. It is very centrally located, within walking distance of bars and restaurants. It is also close to the metro station and you can get around the city really easily. Katerina also described the apartment very accurately and was very responsive to my messages. All in all a great experience and a clear recommendation!

We had an extremely good time in this apartment. Being by car we had parking exactly next to the apartment building we paid somewhere at 20 euros for 24 hours. There are no free parking places in the area. In the apartment it was all clean. The hot tub was great, it was exactly what we needed for an evening of relaxation, as long as we let the water flow there was hot water and even hot until the bathtub was filled. Our apartment did not have a view of the sea the glass being towards a side street of the building, which helped to not hear the noise of the cars from the main street (on the same side as the sea) We will definitely come back when we get to Thessaloniki again. Restaurants and tourist attractions very close to the location.
