Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Peramos

Our stay at the house of Konstantinos was perfect, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed very friendly and always helpful attitude from Mrs. Aphrodite and Konstantinos from the start to the end. The feeling at the house was as if we were at home - relaxing and calm. Inside you have everything you need and the quality is great. We would definitely recommend this place and we already plan to visit it again with our kids.

Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr schöne Lage und sie Gastgeberin super nett und hilfsbereit. Für unsere Familie hat alles perfekt gepasst.

Kampouridis loannis misafirperver ve dost canlısı birisi. Her sorumuza hızlı yanıt verdi. O ve ailesi harika insanlar. Kavala’da ruhunuzu dinleyebileceğiniz harika bir evde kaldık. Sessiz ve temiz bakımlı bir ev. Geniş bir balkonda harika deniz ve şehir manzarası sizleri bekliyor. Gün içerisinde harika plajlarda denize girip, akşam Kavala’da birbirinden lezzetli yemekler yedikten sonra Kampouridis loannis’un evinde gecenin derinliklerine dalarak ruhunuzu dinlendirebilirsiniz. George and Stela are superhosts! They were caring, warm welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We felt as if we were at home. The place is right next to the beach with amazing sea views. Every morning we were enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a warm cup of coffee and had a great start into the day to enjoy the sea and make sweet memories to warm us up during the cold days. The beach in front of the house is awesome with nice sand and crystal water with a lot of fish. Perfect for swimming, paddle board and canoes. Thank you, dear hosts, for having us and for taking care of our top vacation! We would definitely be coming back!

This is a wonderful place for those who like peace and privacy. A charming villa surrounded by greenery. Spacious, comfortable, every detail is thought out. Very caring and discreet hostess. The kitchen had everything: oil, salt, spices, even water, wine, beer and lemonade for the kids! Perfect!

The place looks even better in reality than it does in the pictures. The house and yard are very big and spacious, everything was super clean, well organized and well equipped. The communication was excellent, the host was super responsive and helpful all the time. We felt wonderful and would definitely come back 😊

Am stat cu copii in Prinos 11 nopti. Locatia se afla pe un deal de la terasa careia se deschide o priveliste nemaipomenita asupra muntilor si marii. E intr-atat de frumos incat nici nu-ti mai vine sa iesi undeva la micul dejun sau cina. In casa am gasit tot de ce am avut nevoie iar gazda Chrisoula si sotul ei au fost fantastici - mereu receptivi si atenti la orice detaliu. Legat de plaje - e necesar sa ai masina chiar daca exista si o plaja mai salbatica la circa 30 minute pe jos. Noi am vizitat mai multe plaje dar intr-un final ne-am oprit mai des la plaja Glifoneri la circa 12 minute cu masina. In cartier veti gasi un mini-market, o piata in aer liber deschisa lunea si o brutarie la care am devenit clienti fideli in cele 12 zile in care am stat. Locuinta se afla la circa 5 minute cu masina de Ormos Prinou unde sunt mai multe localuri si unde am mancat foarte bine.

The owners are great, really hospitable and helpful. The house has great panoramic view over the sea and garden full with flowers and treas. It was clean, functional and equipped with all kitchen necessities. Large veranda, great for lunch or dinner outside. Peaceful place, walking distance from a great public beach with crystal clear water. There plenty of other small and large beaches and several good restaurants in close proximity, while Nea Paramos is just 6 km away.

We loved our stay here! The place is so beautiful right at the water, we enjoyed sitting on the terrace watching the sunset over the sea. It was also super clean, we felt very comfortable. Afroditi and her husband were so friendly, gave us recommendations for the area and restaurants, and even brought us fresh vegetables and eggs from their garden and some homemade gifts as well. Definitely recommend and we would love to come back some time.

The place is great. We were two families with three kids and we had a great time. The house is very spacious, the kids played in the yard. One of the beaches is 5-6 minutes walking. Christopher is great host. He explained everything early and it was very easy for us in the house and in the area. I recommend this place to everyone. you won't regret it.

The location looks exactly like in the pictures – very close to the beach, the promenade, and a supermarket. The furniture in the house is new and clean, and the host was very kind and welcoming. We visited Greece in April, when it was a bit chilly, and the heating system wasn’t set up to warm the house, but during the warmer season, the air conditioning will definitely cool the place very well. The accommodation is suitable for 4 adults and possibly 1 or 2 children.

Ons verblijf in het huis van Anna was geweldig fijn. Prachtige locatie met uitzicht op zee. Rustige omgeving; want kleine groep huizen, 28 stuks. Niet allemaal continu bewoond. Winkels en restaurants op 20 kilometer afstand. Zowel naar rechts als naar links mogelijk over de rustige provinciale weg. Het huis is comfortabel met horren tegen de kleine vliegjes. En heeft verschillende zitjes binnen en buiten. Alleen de trap vond ik een beetje lastig soms; een leuning zou wel handig zijn. Anna spreekt Grieks maar dat vertaalt prima via de airbnb-berichten. Compagnon Sophia spreekt engels en vertaalde bij aankomst. Zij woont vlakbij en is altijd bereikbaar. Maar wij hadden geen problemen, gewoon een heerlijke vakantie; gelukkig hebben we de foto's nog.

Öncelikle kapalı otopark olması çok büyük bir avantaj. Dubleks ev tertemizdi. Beş kişi kaldık. Herkes kendi odasında ve kimseyi rahatsız etmeden konaklayabildi. Güvenlik açısından da hiçbir sorun olmadı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Kavala da çok keyifli, küçük bir şehir. Teşekkürler

Yianni’s place was just what I needed after a very wet day’s cycling. It’s nice and modern and everything works. Place was spotlessly clean too. Coffee machine a nice touch. It’s an easy walk into town and takes about 10 mins and there’s a little supermarket 2-3 mins away. The way back from town takes a bit longer as Kavala is seriously hilly in places.

The apartment is wonderful,very clean,beautiful view,fully equipped and wine and other gifts.Everything is great and we recommend the place for sure.

Kostas is super friendly and hospitable. He is very responsive and helpful - gave us recommendations, helpful tips and even delicious fruits. His apartment is super close to the beach. We had a wonderful stay!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und idealer Ausgangspunkt, um mit dem Auto die verschiedenen Strände der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und wir hatten keinerlei Beschwerden. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage, die uns nach aufregenden Tagen eine erholsame Nachtruhe ermöglichte.Ich war mit meinen zwei Töchtern (acht und dreizehn Jahre alt) unterwegs, und auch sie haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es gab viel zu erleben und zu entdecken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ausgezeichnet – freundlich, unkompliziert und bei Bedarf wurde schnell geholfen.Insgesamt eine erstklassige Unterkunft, die ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen kann. Top Location, top Ferienwohnung, und ein toller Kontakt – einfach perfekt!"

Everything was great, Marina was so helpful, you had every need on the house, the only thing that makes us overwhelming was our check-in hour but it is because of our bus departure time. We came to Kavala at 7 am, ofc it was hard to find somewhere to wait with suitcases, i strongly recommend you to put your cases to lockable cabinets on the bus station otherwise it might be unpleasant situation for you to try to walk with heavy cases. But Marina was helpful after we contact she allowed us to early check-in. If you don’t have any sim card you might got trouble about to find taxi as well you should learn the routes before you come. House is located a place easy to find.
