Holiday rentals with a patio in Nea Roda

Η κ. Νατάσα ήταν άψογη σαν οικοδεσπότης, έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες για την τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος, δεν απαίτησε την αποχώρηση μας από το χώρο πρίν της 11 , όπως συμβαίνει συνήθως. Ήταν απόλυτα συνεργάσιμη. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ σύγχρονα επιπλωμένο, με ολα τα είδη πρώτης ανάγκης (π.χ εμφιαλωμένα νερά, σίδερο/ σιδερώστρα, διάφορες μηχανές του καφέ, τοστιέρα,ψυγείο μεγάλο, πλυντήριο (ακόμα και καλάθι για τα άπλυτα) κτλ). Άνετο μπαλκόνι + αυλή για να παίζουν τα παιδιά. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ (οικογένεια με δύο μικρά παιδιά).

Sehr nette Gastgeber mit einem wunderschönen Haus am Hügel! Haben auf unsere Anfrage auch ein bisschen Kleidung gewaschen & und tolle Tipps (mit Broschüre) gegeben. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Ps.: In der Beschreibung steht irgendwo, Kinder dürften am Pool & Spielplatz nicht unbeaufsichtigt sein- es gibt kein Pool aber wir haben es auch nicht erwartet :) denke das war ein Übersetzungsfehler.

We immediately felt at home in Vaso and Ioannis' holiday apartment. The facilities are impeccable and Vaso was incredibly helpful. The large balcony, which runs around the corner, adds to the wonderful holiday feeling.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Revekka war ein Traum. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung und vor allem der Garten sind wunderschön und in der Nähe gibt es viele umwerfende Strände. Revekka war stets äußerst hilfsbereit und eine der nettesten Gastgeberin, die wir jemals auf Airbnb erlebt haben. Ganz ganz große Empfehlung von uns!

The apartment is more beautiful than it looks in the pictures. Clean, and equipped with almost everything you may need in your vacation. Host is very responsive and helps with everything you need. You have parking park inside the yard. The only remark I can make, is the wifi. It is really slow with many interruptions, and was not sufficient for remote work. Other than that, definitely recommend this apartment.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

Here’s what I will write as a review: The apartment was very nice with direct access to the beach. Our host was very kind and his assistance was invaluable. The location was great and we liked having a kitchen and a washing machine. Overall great place to stay.

Aralık sonunda geldik ve bize mesajında gelmeden önce evi ısıtacagını söylemesi çok önceydi ve öyle de yapmıştı.Bizim için masada bir şişe şarap bırakması da çok hoştu.Ev bütün ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı.Balkon manzarası harikaydı.Yataklar mis gibi çarşaflar ile kaplıydı.İnternet harika çekiyordu.Dolayisiyla çok memnun kaldık, teşekkür ederiz.

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Her detay en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Bize tatlis ikramliklar bırakmışlar çok hoşuma gitti. hatta bize özel yeni bir sünger ve paketi acimamis mutfak teli bile vardı. çok beğendim.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, τακτοποιημένο και είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν στην διαμονή μας.

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

Our recent stay at Korinna’s villa in Khriopigi, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived she made sure that that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Her promptness in responding to any queries and her readiness to assist with any needs we had made our stay worry-free. Korinna went above and beyond, providing us with excellent recommendations for local spots to visit, including the best taverns, clubs, and beaches. She even made us the favor by booking a table as a gesture.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. Έμεινα στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα και μπορώ να πω, πως είναι ακριβώς αυτό το οποίο βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες. Καθαρό και παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεστε. Διαθέτει και ένα τεράστιο μπαλκόνι το οποίο ειδικά για καλοκαιρινούς μήνες είναι φανταστικό. Σε βολικό μέρος δίπλα σε στάση μετρό που μπορείτε να πάτε στο κέντρο πολύ γρήγορα και άνετα!

Wir hatten einen entspannten und sehr gut organisierten Aufenthalt! Zudem waren unsere Gastgeber äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Alles war da, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Das Appartement war sinnvoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei! Sehr nette Leute!!! Gerne wieder 😉

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

Прекрасный апартамент, чистый, для приготовления еды имеется все необходимое плита, посуда, так же есть кофемашина и много капсул кофе. Чистое белье, кондиционер есть в каждой комнате-что очень важно.Парковка бесплатная около дома-всегда было место. И конечно, собака, которую полюбили все отдыхающие. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернемся!

Dafina con la sua disponibilità non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. L'appartamento è nuovo,silenzioso, ampio,pulito,dotato di ogni comfort e con una splendida terrazza . E il punto ideale x visitare la Kassandra. Spiagge e servizi principali sono facilmente raggiungibili. Posto perfetto per il relax
