Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

Catherine is a very kind and helpful host!:) we loved to stay at her place. She gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and eat and was always worried about us having a good time in Chalkidiki. We went just 5 minutes to the beach, which was very calm and not overcrowded at all. We recommend staying at Catherines appartment! :)

We highly highly highly recommend this place! This will be our new paradise in Chalkidiki ! The place has everything you need, it’s very clean, comfortable and totaly worth the price that you paid! It’s has very beautiful garden and convinient parking place. Our dogs really enjoy the surroundings and the place itself. We were very happy to stay there! Yannis and his mother are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much♥️

Eine günstige Unterkunft, klein und gemütlich mit Blick auf den Stand. Perfekt.

Die Unterkunft war noch besser als erwartet, der Ausblick von der Terasse ist der Hammer!! Marios ist ein toller Gastgeber, der auf all unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingegangen ist und stets schnell geantwortet hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in seiner Untekunft gefühlt und würden uns immer wieder dafür entscheiden!

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Hallo,wir waren eine Woche mit 14 Handballdamen in Georges Villa .Es war eine tolle Zeit ,das Wetter passte und wir konnten immer unter der schönen Pergola frühstücken.Beim Duschen mussten wir uns gut organisieren bei den 3 Möglichkeiten.Der Pool und die Aussenanlage waren top.George ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber,er reagierte immer sehr schnell auf unsere Wünsche. The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Wir waren 2 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Beim Checkin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Danke für die ausführlichen Informationen. Es ist ruhig gelegen an einem Salzsee und dahinter sieht man gleich das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt und es war alles vorhanden. Wir können es weiter empfehlen. 🙂👍🏼

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

Къщата е страхотна, особено барбекю зоната. Бяхме 6 възрастни, 3 деца и едно куче. Вътре беше чисто и подредено. Като недостатък мога кажа че едното легло в едната спалня което е твърде малко за двама души и би било възможно да се сложи по голямо такова. Също това че има една тоалетна и липсата на съдомиялна причинява неудобство. Домакинът беше много отзивчив и отговаряше бързо!

The villa is great, very comfortable and clean. There are utensils and cooking facilities for many people, everything has been thought of with attention to detail. We were 10 adults for the New Year celebration, it was very sunny, calm and beautiful! The yard, barbecue and pool are superb. There is a peaceful large terrace with a view of the sunset. Thanks Chrisa for making us feel wonderful these 3 days!

Super Gastgeber zuvorkommen und sehr flexibel

Ev üç kişilik bir aile için biraz küçük olmasına rağmen ev sahipleri çok dost canlısıydı. Bize karşı çok dost canlısı ve misafirperver davrandılar. Mark çok güzel yerel önerilerde bulundu. Evin hemen önündeki sahil çok temiz ve sakindi. Sakin bir tatil yapmak isteyenler için ideal bir ev olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Ein schöner Platz für einen tollen Urlaub. Der Strand von Siviri ist der sauberste, den wir auf Kassandra gesehen haben. Nettes Fischrestaurant in erlaufbarer Nähe. Supermarkt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Christos to cudowny gospodarz. Domek tuż nad plażą, zapewniona prywatność, a jednocześnie bliskość centrum miejscowości, gdzie były restauracje, sklepy, piekarnie. Dom bardzo czysty, wszystko zgodne z opisem, a obiekt na żywo prezentował się lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Christos przywitał nas bardzo uprzejmie, dostaliśmy nawet prezenty powitalne. Po tygodniu otrzymaliśmy nowe, świeżo wybrane ręczniki oraz pościel, czego się nie spodziewaliśmy. Otrzymaliśmy lokalne rekomendacje oraz przez cały pobyt Christos był dla nas pomocny. Bardzo polecam!!!

Dafina con la sua disponibilità non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. L'appartamento è nuovo,silenzioso, ampio,pulito,dotato di ogni comfort e con una splendida terrazza . E il punto ideale x visitare la Kassandra. Spiagge e servizi principali sono facilmente raggiungibili. Posto perfetto per il relax

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le logement, aucun problème. Fidèle à la description et aux photos. Au centre de afytos, 10 min des plages. Ilias était disponible et accueillant. Super séjour !

The location was peaceful and beautiful—just a short drive from the sea but tucked away in nature. What truly made it special, though, was the host. Warm, helpful, and genuinely kind—Greek hospitality at its finest. You don’t just stay here; you feel cared for. We left with smiles, full hearts, and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to come back.
