Αποτελείται από σαλόνι με ενιαία κουζίνα,2 μονά κρεβάτια, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ενα μπανιο.Βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Δήλησο τέσσερα χιλ.από το λιμάνι Νέων Στύρων, είναι αμφιθεατρικό με εξαιρετική θέα στο Νότιο Ευβοικό.Έχει άμεση πρόσβαση (150 μ.περίπου) στην αμμώδη παραλία της Συντερίνας με τα καθαρά και κρυστάλινα νερά της.Είναι πλήρως επιπλωμένη και εξοπλισμένη με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και διάφορα είδη οικιακής χρήσης.

Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

House of Angels / "Garden cottage"

This is a unique small cottage, part of the "House of Angels" , witch is used as house of the gardener. The original building was built in 1930s and the renovation was made recently by the architect and owner of the house. All has been rebuilt out of wood and stone following the traditional style.The house has one tiny room, one bathroom, a hallway with the corner of the kitchen,a veranda in front of the room and a beautiful garden.
