Beachfront holiday rental in Neath Port Talbot

We had a great time - the house was lovely and surpassed our expectations and everything you needed was there - location was excellent and an easy walk to shops and restaurants (a real bonus if the weather isn’t so good) and the private parking space meant we could park up and walk wherever we wanted to go - a very enjoyable few days in a real home from home and we look forward to visiting again in the future.

Great location, outlook and amenities. Restaurants on your doorstep, beaches galore. The apartment was equipped with everything you needed and was cosy and comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus. Hosts were amazing and very helpful allowed an early check in with no hassle, we will definitely be returning .

We stayed for a couple of nights and thoroughly enjoyed it especially the view which you can’t get tired of! A real hidden gem and the host has been extremely accommodating so we would definitely recommend a stay there!

Christopher’s place is very nice. He obviously put a lot of energy into upgrading the whole house. It’s very roomy, much larger than it appears in the pictures. Would rent again if/when we return to the area

We spent a couple of nights in Ian’s fabulous apartment overlooking the sea at Limeslade. I wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed a lovely walk along the coastal path to Langland where we had a bite to eat for lunch. Listening to the sound of the sea at night was special and being in such a beautiful apartment made our mini break just wonderful. Thank you Ian. Liz

We had a great stay in the mumbles, very convenient to the local amenities. good sized accommodation and dog friendly which is great!

A very enjoyable family stay at Sea Breeze, home from home - very comfortable and immaculately clean. The hosts are lovely and very helpful and friendly. Location is great and close to various beaches, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend x

Wonderful place to stay , wonderful host , just perfect

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was just as described including photos. Perfect location for the beach and city centre. Weather wasn't as kind as it could have been so we had to look for alternatives to our schedule. We found plenty of things and places to visit. We would recommend it to others and would stay here again if we were in the area.

Receiving keys and check in was a nightmare . No instructions emailed. Don’t book and arrive outside Home From Home office hours. Also their Oystermouth Office long way from the Unit. High hassle and stressful if arriving on a Sunday. The House was spacious and comfortable with all facilities.

Great stay! Lara was always happy to help. we had a festival we was going to in the day so we had to check in earlier which was great! place was lovely and nice area too. We also left a few things there when we checked out and lara was happy to help us and send it back to us thanks again😆😂 Thank you for having us

Good location lots to do round about and a good view of the marina.

Annie made us feel right at home, although she was a little tired, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and not on edge about being shiny new. It was a fantastic experience as she gave us a great insight into van life. There was plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, bowls, pots and pans so plenty to make use of the gas camping cooker on board. There was plenty of storage room to accomodate camping chairs, clothes, towels, bedfing, pillows. Take an extension lead if you want to stay on an electric hook up. There was a toilet on board but utilise the ones out and about if you can. The seating in Annie when converted into a bed was very comfortable. So had two good nights sleep. The pick up was straight forward and communication with the hosts was great too. They were so accomodating. Loved it. Fab and would definitely love to revisit the whole experience again in the future.

Excellent flat to stay in with beautiful views from both bedroom and living room. Kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils and plates. Kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Host gave great instructions on all the processes needed for check-in, finding the place, and general rules.

Had a great stay in this beautiful modern, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking the marina. Location was great for visiting the Gower coast. Communication with the host was excellent. Appreciated thoughtful welcome pack of Welsh cakes!

We had a fantastic time in Swansea- the flat is right on the beach and was perfect for watching the sun set with a glass of wine on the balcony! The location is super convenient and we were able to visit a few special places on the west coast (Mumbles, Rhossili bay) easily by car, as well as get into Swansea on foot quickly. We hope to come back very soon!

Ideal , serene home located within a 10 min walk into Mumbles . Home had a wonderful calm vibe with lots of big open spaces for family get togethers . Beautiful garden . Plenty of bedrooms and baths for multiple family members . When we arrived there was a lovely picking basket waiting for us with goodies which was such a nice welcome

Perfect house and location for a holiday with our extended family. Easy access to beach, spacious and well furnished rooms with beautiful views. Our host, Shay was very accessible providing helpful information when required.

Perfect accommodation for an eight person golf trip. The house is in a lovely location for golf on the Gower with pubs near by. Well equipped and comfortable.

This place is in a great place to truly experience the wonderful location of the Mumbles. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

Alex's place was fantastic, looked exactly as the pictures suggested and was easy to find with great parking. The rooms were lush with quality ensuites and comfy beds, and the kitchen was super equipped. It's a ten minute walk to the beach where there's a cafe with a great selection, but I'd recommend getting your food and drinks on the way as it's very hard to find a spot to park in town, although it's walkable in around 20 mins and there's lots of nice bars and shops there. Would happily return.

Absolutely loved this amazing venue and the warm welcome we received from Jitu. The cottage is incredibly well equipped and has the loveliest of views. Our only disappointment was the checkout time of 9:30am which was very early on the last day of long weekend. We do understand that new guests were arriving, but felt that as standard check in time is 5pm it could have been a little bit later. All in all we had a fabulous, much needed break away from our pressured jobs and Mac the Leonberger loved it too. We hope to come back again!

We had a lovely weekend staying in The Mumbles from Saturday to Monday. We booked both flats and were really impressed—everything was super clean, tidy, and felt really comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place nice. The location is perfect—right in the middle of town, so it was super easy to walk to the shops, cafes, and down to the seafront. We didn’t need the car once we arrived, which was a big plus! Caroline was a brilliant host—really friendly and quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. She made everything really easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a great spot.

The house is very comfortable and beautiful, and although there is a steep drive, the location makes it worthwhile. Cat and Jono had a booklet giving loads of information about the house itself (house rules) and what was nearby. There was no 'you can't do this/touch this'…everything was accessible to us. I was in complete awe of both the boot and the utility rooms! The games room, with table tennis, pool, darts had a TV with comfy settees to relax in whilst watching or playing. There is a lawn in front of the games room, so the dogs were sorted; there was also no way the dogs could escape. There were lovely views from the front of the house of the sea.. Rotherslade and Langland bays are short walks away with cafés and restaurants. The bus stops below take you into Mumbles, Swansea and Caswell Bay. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Our hosts could not have been more helpful or accessible, even providing beautiful weather!
