Bagno completo di tutto con due lavabi e lavatrice. Una cucina completa di tutto set pentole e accessori. Una sala da pranzo con tavolo comodo. La villetta ha 3 condizionatori e wifi senza limiti di connessione. All' esterno troverete un divano con poltrone e' un tavolo grande per tutta la famiglia, anche un bel barbecue.

Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, zona giorno con angolo cottura e ampia terrazza sul mare. Ideale per coppie , amanti della natura e tranquillità. Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. ATTENZIONE: sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la posizione sul mare alla quale si arriva con un percorso a piedi di 100 metri in salita. IUN P5134

We verbleven er 3 dagen. Bruno stond ons al op te wachten toen we aankwamen. Hij en Lory hadden wat verfrissingen in de koelkast en lekkers te eten klaargezet. Dat was een ontzettende gastvrije ontvangst! Alles zag er heel netjes en schoon uit. We voelden ons er meteen thuis. Het was warm toen wij er waren, maar op het heerlijke terras was het de hele dag heel goed toeven omdat de overkapping en citroenboom voor schaduw zorgden. Maar er bleef ook genoeg plek over om van het zonnetje te genieten. Onze labradoodle Zoë genoot van de ruimte die de afgesloten tuin. bood. Op de dag van vertrek mochten wij zelfs wat langer in het huis blijven omdat onze boot pas later op de dag zou vertrekken. Bruno en Lory doen alles om je te helpen en ze doen dat met een brede lach. Wat een ontzettende aardige en lieve mensen! Wij waren op rondreis (2 maanden) door Italië en dit was ons 13e huisje, maar het staat zonder twijfel op plek 1!! We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's Airbnb at Villagio Tanca Piras. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the host Allesandro went above and beyond to make us feel at home for our 9 month old infant. His recommendations were great. We went to the beaches and restaurants he recommended and couldn't have been happier. We would love to come back. Thank you Allesandro for all your help!

Marco and his son Luca were super helpful and kind. We arrived a day later than anticipated and they adapted to our needs, checking us in the next day. They offered us lifts from and to the train station in Iglesias purely out of kindness, as there is a well-functional bus system in place. The place was clean and the view is one of a kind. You'll have all you need and you're close to an amazing beach which was not crowded at all, despite it being late June. Thank you for offering your property as a holiday stay. Sardinia is truly unique. Don't look further for a place to stay. There is a reason this place and its host are rated so high!

un grand merci pour votre chaleureux accueil, tous les détails (les instructio s détaillées, les fruits sur la table et les recommandations). lLa maison très belle, même plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. la vue spectaculaire et le restaurant en bas très pratique et bon rapport qualité-prix.
