The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Our house is located in the historic village center of Bischleben, a district of the state capital Erfurt. The quiet location on the Gera River on the edge of the Steigerwald in connection with the proximity to the city and the good transport connections offers an ideal starting point for visits to Erfurt and the surrounding area, as well as for hiking and biking excursions. Dear guests, our apartment is so centrally located that you can be with us from the A14 motorway in 5 minutes. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes and so can the Leipziger Messe. The beautiful city of Leipzig (main train station) can welcome you by car via the A14 in 20 minutes. The Leipziger Zoo and the Redbull Arena as well as the "Völki" are about 10 minutes from the main train station. Our apartment is equipped for short and long-term bookings. 2 km away is the lake landscape for relaxing.
