When you arrive, you will see a ground floor layout designed with an open floor plan including a modern kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom.The second floor houses two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is our mission and plan to make your stay at Villa Ana and the island of Šolta as pleasant as possible.We understand it is all about the details, and hope you will find our grounds and rooms relaxing and tastefully designed.

Studio apartment Maslina ***

A small house (30m2) for 2 people with a private entrance is located in Nečujam on the island of Šolta. It is located in a quiet location in a green environment with natural shade, on a cascading terrain. It is a 2-minute walk from the clean crystal sea, which is partly reached by stairs. The center of Nečujam is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. In front of the cottage is a terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors or simply relax in a romantic intimate environment.

Placed in the Sajtija bay, ten minute ride on a macadam road from the charming village of Gornje Selo. Just a few steps from the sea, the terrace gives a beautiful view of the bay and clear sea. Peaceful enviroment with only few houses in the neighbourhood offers a perfect vacation for couples with, or without children. - We use solar panels in house. - Beside the house there are two private parking spots. - The closest grocery shop is in neighboring village, 10 minute drive away.

Smješten je na 1. katu, komforan i klimatiziran s 2+2 kreveta: 1 soba s bračnim krevetom, a 2. soba je zapravo dnevni boravak s kaučom na razvlačenje. Apartman ima dva balkona sa stolom i stolicama. Welcome to Ana apartment. It’s situated 160m from the beach. The apartment is on the first floor, with 2+2 beds: one room with double bed and one living room with a sofa. It has two balconies with tables and chairs.

The restorted medievel castle will give you moments of peace and quiet because the front of the castle is facing the sea and the town and behind there is a garden, a courtyard and three terraces for moments of rest. The first floor apartment consists of a dining and living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a view of a garden.
