Kitchen has dishes, cookware, and cooking utensils, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer with icemaker and water dispenser. The pantry has plenty of storage plus essentials like kitchen towels and plastic wrap. The office has a desk that can be raised for standing, along with comfortable desk chair. The bathroom has a tub and shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Towels, toilet paper, and shower necessities are located in the bathroom shelves. Books, board games, and some toys for the kids can be found in the living room cabinet and hall bookshelf.

Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom West End Oasis in Beaumont, TX! Our corner-lot home is nestled in the heart of West End Beaumont with a large fenced in backyard and a pool with multiple lounge areas (both covered & uncovered). We are approximately 0.6 miles from Rogers Park and provide easy access to Highways 90 and 105 as well as Interstate 10. Our home also features a fully functional kitchen stocked with all essentials.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest studio. Completely free standing and private for quiet stay. Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway.
