we enjoyed our stay. Niko met us to check in which was very nice. check out was easy as well. having a place to park the car was a real bonus.

The apartment was fantastic! The space is comfortable and clean. High aesthetics. Quiet and easy parking. The instructions were clear. Definitely value for money choice in everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is wonderfully quiet. In the morning, all you can hear are the birds and the local church bell. Mia, the dog, is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and great company during breakfast outside. We visited at the end of March, so the nights were still a bit chilly, but the fireplace warmed up the space quickly. It was our first time in Greece, let alone Pelion, and Nikki provided us with valuable tips about the local area. We would definitely love to come back!

It is a less common situation,in which the reality is quite superior to the photos. The location is right on the seashore and offers a dreamy view. The house is tastefully arranged,clean and equipped with absolutely everything for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The access road is beautiful through the olive grove and the neat and beautifully arranged yard. Our host was very cute,friendly and took care of all the details. A magical place in the heart of nature! We had an unforgettable stay in this peaceful and picturesque village of Drakia, in the heart of Pelion. The house is like something out of a fairytale spacious, clean, well-equipped, and full of charm. The highlight, without a doubt, is the garden. It’s the most beautiful and authentic garden we’ve ever seen, with enormous apricot and cherry trees probably over 70 years old. Everything is blooming, colorful, fragrant, and carefully designed. There are cozy sitting corners, flowers everywhere, a hammock to relax in, and even an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a fire pit for cooking. The cottage has everything you need and more. The calm, the serenity, and the sound of birdsong made it very hard to leave. We deeply appreciate the love and care the host has put into this magical place. A perfect 10/10 – highly recommended!

The accommodation in Anchialos was an excellent choice for our team's stay in the context of a business trip. The house was comfortable, clean and fully functional, with all the amenities we needed. It served us perfectly in terms of space, quiet and access to the area. The host was very friendly and professional — communication was direct and clear, and he helped us with everything we needed throughout the stay. It is definitely recommended for both professional and personal use. We would choose it again without a second thought.

The first thing that pops into my mind when coming to write about Simos’ house is the iconic movie “A room with a view” . But here we have a house with a view. And what a beautiful view. The amazing blue sea is there in front of you wherever you look. An endless blue tranquility that gives so much peace and quiet. Spectacular ! The house had all we needed: clean towels and linen, kitchen with the necessary equipment etc’. A part from that the village is small but has everything we wanted. We found a peace of heaven on earth and we look forward to come back. Thank you Simos for this amazing experience we had in your house.

We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Central, but quiet, peaceful and very clean accomodation. Everything you might need, was there. Walking distance through Volos. Private parking. Great and friendly and always reachable host. Perfect stay. We stayed for one night only, because we wanted to reach the first ferry in the morning. Two minutes ride to the port of Volos.

Superb welcome with kindness and kindness. The accommodation has the charm of a small mountain chalet. Wood was provided to us for the stove, the atmosphere was extra. Very nice beaches within 20 minutes. Thank you very much for this break of calm.

Great central apartment. Fridge stocked with wine and water as well as milk and butter. Snacks also provided. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

The place is really great. Located on the top floor and we felt very comfortable right away. You can see that people lived here before, a lot is very well thought out. On Fridays, there is even a weekly market in the two side streets, worth seeing.

Fabulous! A comfortable studio, decorated with care and taste, very well equipped, quiet, close to the beach - and the beautiful archaeological museum -, with a bus stop 1 min walk away, and an extraordinary terrace, with magnificent views!
