I very much enjoyed Mikes place. He provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Negril. He was very responsive and helpful with questions. His condo is located on the same grounds as “ Hedonism “ resort so be aware that you will have a small view of the pool area on Hedonism property from one of the patios, where clothing is optional and “everything goes” over there. The Beach is a 60 second walk away from Mikes place. Also, You will need a car, scooter or Taxi to get around as many of the restaurants are atleast 10 min away. The “ Jungle” nightclub and Margaritaville bar is about 7 min drive, the downtown Negril area is atleast a 15 min drive away. But there are many areas of beach access along the main road as well as through a few restaurants along the road. I highly recommend staying at Mikes Place “.

Carol’s place felt like a home away from home: comfortable, well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms, games, hangers), nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Great location on beach and walkable to restaurants and groceries. Would stay again!

Amazing stay, great location, extremely clean until.

It was my 3rd visit to Mobay, amazing stay and the first time far away from the Hip Strip. The condo is wonderful and as described and has lots more space than expected. We were 2 families, 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had enough space and privacy and never felt crowded. The area is very private and quiet, so definitely a spot to relax and recharge and not to party like the Hip Strip. There is a private beach within 10 minutes walk and it was the hidden gem of this location! The beach is small but gorgeous and you have access to a bathroom and showers, definitely will go back to Karen’s condo for this private beach. The only downside at times was the limited options to eat, there are 2 restaurants within walking distance but MegaMart is closed by by taxi, so we did groceries and cook or went to the Hip. Jayson, her recommended taxi was reliable and honest. P.S. The staircase is in the middle of the condo and is not suited for kids who can’t climb stairs yet, the guard rails are open.

Absolutely wonderful stay. We loved sitting on the balcony that overlooked the water watching the cruise ships come in and leave. The space was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook. The location was away from the bustle but a close enough drive to beaches and restaurant. The building itself was nice and quiet, and the concierge Nadine was so helpful. We loved using the pool which was like a beautiful oasis.

Our trip to Negril as “locals” on vacation was amazing. Felicia thought of everything we’d need from lunch kits to bring food on the beach to a whole storage drawer with games of all ages. There were even fishing rods and complimentary coffee. This was a Blast. She made some amazing recommendations which saved us Tons of money especially with food delivery. If in doubt, send her a text or give her a call. We will be back and for longer next time, we can’t get enough of that view and the pristine beach and aquatic life. See you soon Fel

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

Good spot for the price.

Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Had a good stay overall. The space itself is very quiet and relaxing. The one issue I ran into was being racially profiled by security who followed me around and asked if I was really a resident, even after I showed them my keys they were disrespectful. I found them hanging out in the backyard near my bedroom window and asked them to move and they were rude and disrespectful. But I spoke to their manager and it was addressed. Besides that frustrating experience, I had a good experience here overall.

The accommodation and the location were great. Walking distance to Lucea town centre and to the beach. Winsome was especially kind and supportive from when we arrived and throughout our stay.

Karl’s place was clean, provides easy check in and a very responsive host. It was a bit of a walk to the hip strip… but a quick route cab ride to nearby shops and local eateries. Would recommend and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Trevor's place. We spoke on the phone with him prior to arrival and Trevor answered all our questions about the room and gave us some great pointers on cabs and cell phone use. We enjoyed our time on the third-floor patio overlooking courtyard gardens and were able to cook meals in the kitchen to save some money. It was evident that Trevor took great care during his apartment renovations. We enjoyed the tiled bathroom and shower. Trevor bought us some beers, after learning that I was sick during the trip, and I was looking forward to my recovery. We would highly recommend staying with Trevor. Jim and Katie

The whole team were really wonderful hosts. We were a bit cautious to book something “off property” from the regular resorts but they had their own private beach 3 min down the road and the property itself was spotless and brand spanking new. Great views. Pool. Tennis court etc. You definitely need to rent a car here but when you’re not looking for the same old “blah” all inclusive experiences this was a welcome getaway. The spot itself is huge and there were board games for the kids and tvs in the bedrooms. Everything was well stocked and again so NEW!!! Would stay here again 10/10!!!

Photos don’t do this place justice, it is truly breathtaking in person, and the staff is amazing. The location is secluded, peaceful, and serene. Inside the unit is extremely clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Definitely a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for a low key vibe to relax, but still very much luxurious and feels like a home away from home.

Julie's place is just as beautiful as in the pictures! She was incredibly responsive, flexible, and helpful the entire time. The building has a lot of security so we felt very safe and at home. The location is in the Freeport neighborhood, so it is further out from the downtown area and there is not very much in walking distance. You will need a car or driver to get around to restaurants and grocery stores, so plan for this expense. Using a driver worked well for us. The pool is right downstairs and incredibly nice/ well maintained. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. The only thing I wish was a little bit clearer is distance of the condo to the beach! There is access to one in the neighborhood, but the walk to it was a little bit further than we thought.
